3 Single Phase Single Phase The Smart SM-HXE12-A and SM-HXE-13-A bottom connected meters are solid-state, single phase residential watt-hour meters for measurement of active energy. They are Class 1 with stable performance throughout the curve. The meter base is made of compact polycarbonate reinforced with fiberglass, which gives the meter double insulation and increased mechanical strength.
