PICO 2: Hvad er effekten af gruppebaseret sygdomsspecifik patientuddannelse og diætbehandlingsforløb overfor et sammenligneligt, men individuelt tilrettelagt forløb tilbudt patienter med type 2 diabetes? PICO 3: Hvad er effekten af et diætvejledningsforløb (kostanamnese, analyse, vejledning i kostprincipper/kostplan) sammenlignet med kostråd tilbudt henviste patienter med type 2 diabetes? PICO 4: Hvad er effekten af low carbohydrate diæt sammenlignet med de officielle kostråd som udgangspunkt for diætbehandlingen for patienter med type 2 diabetes? PICO 5: Hvad er effekten af et lav til moderat intensitet superviseret træningsprogram sammenlignet med råd om øget fysisk aktivitet ved type 2 diabetes? PICO 6: Hvad er effekten af et sammenhængende fysisk træningsforløb hos patienter med type 2 diabetes og diabeteskomplikationer og/eller hjertekarsygdom? PICO 7: Er der evidens for større effekt af superviserede træningsprogrammer af 10 uger eller længere varighed sammenlignet kortere programmer ved type 2 diabetes?
