PICO 2 Bør voksne patienter mellem 18 og 25 år med Body Mass Index (BMI) over 40 kg/m2 tilbydes laparoskopisk fedmekirurgi? PICO 3 Bør patienter med BMI over 35 kg/m2 og samtidig forekomst af non-alkoholisk steato-hepatitis (NASH) og fibrose tilbydes fedmekirurgi? PICO 4 Fedmekirurgi til kvinder med BMI >40 kg/ m2 eller BMI> 35 kg/m2 og PCOS med henblik på graviditet, samt morbiditet og mortalitet hos mor og barn?
