20 Innovations and Emerging Offer Explore Living - Modular housing proposition LOR s Modular Emerging Proposition The new Modular Housing System is under development Committed to delivering a modular housing system for over 5 years and have continually invested into product development to ensure the highest quality The early inception of the product has been focused on the residential market, but with opportunities for other sectors in the future Modular off site housing solution designed to deliver apartment blocks at 20 stories through to single story one off houses. Steel framed solution to be manufactured in a new facility at EIP. The modules will have all internal fittings and finishes installed, external cladding, windows, doors and contain packaged furniture.
