2 About PDR Construction PDR celebrates its 21st anniversary in 2014 having firmly established itself as one of the largest independent construction resources working throughout the United Kingdom and having now built out projects in excess of 0.5 billion. 3 Residential The residential market including social housing, student accommodation, private apartments and housing has continued to flourish and we have developed a track record with both developers and providers on new build, refurbishment and low, medium and high rise in a variety of locations across the United Kingdom. Food Retail PDR has worked with food retailers and developers for almost two decades and understand not only the importance of cost but of on time delivery and quality. 4 Healthcare With an emphasis on quality PDR has delivered almost 200 beds during 2013 and continue to work with a number of established care providers. Industrial Working on brownfield, contaminated and greenfield sites across the UK PDR has built in excess of 2 million sq/ ft of sheds for both developers and end users most with integral office facilities and extensive site works.
