The court has a special unit for victims of gender based violence. Contact: Mrs. Fatima and representatives from the Danish organizations working in Morocco (Kvinfo, Danner and LOKK) Departure Departure (for greetings only) The Danish organization Kvinfo started working within the field of gender based violence in the MENA region in 2007 with a strong focus on capacity building of shelters in the regions through sharing of experiences and knowledge. Danner and LOKK since became involved and are members of the steering committee together with Kvinfo and organizations from the MENA region. LDDF s main achievements are the creation of the Injad centres to support women victims of violence as well as Tilila shelter which will be visited in Casablanca. During the visit the Crown Princess will meet two women, who have

4 Belbssasset been subjected to gender based violence. LDDF is a partner organisation involved in KVINFO s regional programme on violence against women. As LDDF, Tilila shelter is a part of the KVINFO s regional work in the MENA region on violence against women.
