These are mostly for those of you who have not found apartments in Riga. We suggest long-term stay options since they already have RSU students living there and offer friendlier prices. 2 LONG-TERM STAY Hotel NB Address: 49 Slokas Street, Rīga Although this 3 star hotel is not situated in the historical centre of Riga, it still has plenty of advantages for RSU students. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from the university and 20 minutes from the Centre by tram. Direct tram ride (tram No 5) from the hotel to RSU Anatomy Centre. The hotel will definitely suit you if you prefer quiet and green surroundings with Riga Botanical Gardens situated nearby. There is a park at the end of the street. 6 SHORT-TERM STAY RSU Student Hostel Address: 17 Mārupes Street, Rīga RSU offers rooms for rent in the Student Hostel. The hostel is for local and international students alike. The hostel recently underwent renovations (changing windows, heat insulation) that will continue in November/December. However, despite the short term services and a very limited number of rooms available, this is anyhow a budget price offer.
