Product Range This catalogue showcases the product range we feel may best suit our corporate customers, however if you re after something more specific, please contact us. We often utilize product boxes and packaging from our stores to be able to tailor make your ideal gift, and can sometimes source unique confectionery/chocolate items for you. Delivery We are a Melbourne-based company and provide Australia wide delivery via Australia Post. We will provide a quote along with your order and can offer free or discounted delivery on larger orders delivered to Melbourne. Orders may also be collected from any of our Melbourne or Sydney retail stores during opening hours. Customisation Many of our products are suitable for customisation, by adding corporate or event branded ribbons, tags or labels. Most custom orders require a minimum purchase, and art charges may apply. This does not apply to complimentary pre-printed Chocolate Box gift cards and gift messages, see below. The exception is for customised products, unusual and unforeseen shortages in product supply, and short run items not listed in this book. Some seasonal and unique products offered by in our stores may not be available once we run out, if they are not a standard store stock item. Payment We require payment (and may require a purchase order from large organisations) prior to delivery of your order. We can accept cash payments, direct deposits into our bank account, and credit card payments (including Mastercard, Visa and American Express). In addition you may also place some less customised orders through our online website at www. chocolatebox.com.au, using a credit card or Paypal. Gift Cards & Wrapping We offer free gift cards with personalised messages inside as an addition to your order.
