1 Q&A: Chocolate Inn/Taylor & Grant Is your chocolate Kosher? Yes, all of our chocolate products are produced under supervision of the Orthodox Union. All items are certified Kosher OU-D. If I have a nut allergy, is it safe to eat your chocolate? Although we take extreme measures to segregate allergens, we are not a nut-free facility and our chocolate is produced on equipment that also handles products containing nuts, eggs, what flour, dairy and soy. How long will the chocolate last? Our pure chocolate and confections have a shelf life of 1 year while our chocolate cookies have a shelf life of approximately 6 months when stored correctly. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing the chocolate. Keep the product in a cool and dry place from degrees F to ensure maximum freshness. What is the product country of origin? US Where do you ship from? What is the FOB point? All of our orders are produced & shipped from our Freeport, NY facility. FOB Freeport, NY What are the required storage/temperature conditions? Storage temperatures are not to exceed 60 degrees F What are the production/lead times? What is Chocolate Inn s order cutoff time? 5 pm Eastern Standard Time Does Chocolate Inn have an absolute minimum quantity? Yes, the absolute minimum quantity is half of the first column quantity and a less than minimum charge of $35(g) will apply. 2 Do run charges apply? Run charges apply only on all decorated foil stamped boxes, even if it s a one-color logo. No running charges on chocolate decoration. Can we do exact quantity orders? Yes, at no additional charge. This must be requested on the PO and clearly noted on the order. All other orders may ship +/- 5% and bill accordingly. Can I order different box colors with my order? For example: order CFB QTY of 200, 100 with silver box and 100 with gold box. Yes, but it must meet minimum column quantity by box color or a less than minimum charge of $35(g) will apply. No less than minimum orders in the fourth quarter. What is the pricing for reorders? Column piece price plus running charges apply for the boxes. Free set ups on all items except the Godiva Swing Box. For the Godiva Swing Box, a re-order set up charge of $30(g) will apply. Does Chocolate Inn offer self-promos? Yes, self-promo orders are billed at EQP less 10%, plus set ups. Does Chocolate Inn offer co-ops? Yes, co-ops are billed at EQP (2 column pricing for the Godiva Swing box), same logo and colors, all set ups and running charges apply. Pricing is valid for 1 year. Reorder set up charges waived. Can I order blanks? Yes, same column price as decorated items, no mold, setup or run charges. Lead time: 5 days Can I order samples? Yes. Samples are free up to $1(z). Orders over $10(z) will be billed at EQP plus freight. Customer must provide third-party shipper account number for direct freight billing on all sample orders. Samples will ship same day if order is received by 2pm, orders received after 2 pm will ship the following business day. Can I order Item proofs? Yes. Lead time is 5 days after proof approval. First column item pricing + full set up and run charges apply. Are Paper Proofs required? Yes. All new orders will require paper proof approval. Proof will be provided at no charge. Exact reorders can be processed without a proof. Can all boxes be decorated? No, decorating is not available on window boxes, i.e. FB8 What are the artwork requirements? For chocolate: Vector.ai or.eps files in black & white are required For boxes: Vector.ai or.eps files are acceptable but must be solid and 1-color only, no gradients. 3 Can we print gradients and halftones? Only on the G150-Godiva Leatherette Swing Box with Drawers, imprinted with a full color Liquid Lens imprint. Does Chocolate Inn offer typesetting? Yes, a type set charge of $25(g) plus set up charges will apply. Are PMS matches offered? Yes. PMS matches only apply to boxes and a PMS match charge of $40(g) applies. Can we do special packing? No. Standard packing based on quantity ordered and number of shipping addresses will be used on all orders. Can we do Insertions? Yes, with a $0.10(g) charge per insertion (such as flyers, marketing materials, etc.). Insertions with other Bullet items are not available. Can we add labels to items or cartons? Yes, at $0.10(g) per label Is nutritional information provided with the items? No, only retail items are required to have nutritional content available. Promotional products only require ingredient information. What carriers do you use to ship your orders? We ship orders via UPS. If requested, we can ship via UPS on a supplied third party account number. We can also ship via FedEx, but a third party account number must be supplied in order to do so. We will ship on our UPS account number and bill for freight if an account number is not specified on the purchase order. Are split shipment/bulk shipments available? Yes. Split shipments are available with a charge of $7.50(g), 7 day standard. More than 10 shipping addresses must be submitted in the excel template format below. 25 or more split shipments will require 10 days of production time instead of 7. Are individual drop shipments available? Shipments of individual boxes to individual addresses are not currently available. Are international shipments available? No, shipments are currently only available for US addresses. Can I ship to a PO box? Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Physical addresses must be provided. Page 3 of 12

4 How do you ship chocolate to warm weather locations? When the temperature reaches 75 degrees we will ship your order in insulated coolers with ice packs. The coolers are packed with ice packs that last for 48 hours keeping the product safe from any melting for two full days. For destinations that are further than two days via ground shipping, expedited shipping is required. In these instances, we will ship via UPS or FedEx 2-day service with coolers. For larger quantities, refrigerated trucking may be more cost effective than shipping via UPS or FedEx with coolers. We will select and communicate the least expensive method of transport. Are shipping guidelines dependent on weather? Expedited shipping is required for locations beyond a 2-day ground ship zone. At temperatures of 75 degrees F or higher, chocolate orders will be shipped in insulated cartons with ice packs. Depending on quantity and item, please add $15(g) per regular cooler, or if XL coolers are required, please add $25(g). If the weather forecast for the destination indicates that it will be below 75 degrees F at the time of delivery, orders can ship Monday Friday. If the destination exceeds 75 degrees F at the time of delivery, orders can ship Monday Wednesday via UPS 2nd day air as the ice packs used in the coolers last for 48 hours.
