9 QUOTES: To provide service on Major and Minor repairs: All repairs requesting a quote where the value does not exceed AUD $65.15, (excluding postage & handling fee) will be proceeded with upon receipt and returned. All repairs requesting a quote over AUD $65.15 will be issued with a written quote. Quotes not proceeded with will incur an administration fee of AUD$14.90 (including GST) plus postage and handling charge. WARRANTY CLAIMS To claim service warranty an original valid guarantee or purchase receipt must be forwarded with each repair otherwise a charge will be made. (Photocopies of Guarantees are not accepted). If a repair is not covered under warranty due to customer damage a quote will be issued. HANDLING & FREIGHT FEES Chargeable repairs will incur a AUD$11.00 (including GST) postage & handling fee. Warranty repairs will be returned free of charge.
