Resellers are entitled to a 20% discount if they order any model from There may be a price difference between the online wholesale price (Retail -20%) and prices in this pricelist. In this case resellers are advised to use the lowest price between our online prices and prices from the pricelists included within the wholesale package. 2 How to place an order? Please note: We must have signed tax form and a photo copy of your Tax ID number and a photocopy of a government issued ID on file to process your orders. Resellers are advised to mail these documents along with their first order. To order grills: 1) Get a good mold of your customer s teeth. The mold must have a good visible gum line. 2) Fill out the order form specifying the model number or drawing a picture of the desired grill. Order number refers to your internal order number and is required. 3) Do not forget to specify metal type (10K 14K 18K 22K gold, silver, and platinum), metal color and whether you want CZ or diamonds. 4) Send in your order along with your payment. Do not forget to add return shipping fee to your payment. If you are not sure about pricing the grill simply call Tony at x103 To order Custom pieces, chains, watches, rings or anything else: 1) Call and get the price over the phone. You may be required to fax a design or picture of the product you would like to order to receive a price quote. Always ask customers about their budgets and let us know your budget (Customer s budget your profit) so that we can give a more accurate specification of what we can make within that budget. 2) Once you have received pricing for the product, simply send in your payment. We accept credit card payments subjected to a 3 % credit card processing fee. Grills: Turn Around Time: 1) Basic solids: This include grills with Diamond cuts, trillion cuts, open faces and any other designs done on the gold. The production time will be a maximum of 3 days. 2) Channel, pave and prong setting: The maximum time in production will be 4 days. Depending on the complexity of the work some grills in this category may take an additional 1-3 days. 3) Invisible settings: A minimum of 7 days and no more than 10 days of production time Custom products: We need at least 7-10 days to ensure a custom piece meets our quality requirement. We may be able to expedite the service for an additional fee. However, this will only be done in exceptional circumstances.

3 We have a vast selection of pre-manufactured jewelry in our stock. If an order is placed for a pre-made jewelry the product will leave our factory within 48 hours after receiving your order. Any jewelry not in stock will have to be custom manufactured and will take at least 7 days to produce. Shipping time will depend on the type of shipping service you specify during order placement. COD notification and payment method: We will send an automated with Tracking number and COD amount once a COD package has shipped (it is a wholesale client s responsibility to notify us about change of address). The will give you the total payment due. Please have a money order ready for that amount so that you can give that to the delivery person. Please note: We will not call to inform you about the COD total unless we receive specific request from you. Please also note that all COD's will require a money order or cashier's check. If your balance is below $200 we will ship out the package with a balance (reputable accounts only) and the balance will be automatically forwarded to your next invoice. We understand that it is not always possible to have money orders ready at your place of business, thus we encourage our resellers to include full or partial payment with their orders. This way we will be able to avoid COD-ing the package and the reseller can add the total balance to their next payment sent to T V Jewelry. We will, in rare and special circumstances, change the COD payment method from Secured to Non-Secured depending on the amount of the COD and the magnitude of the situation. Any order over $1000 must accompany at least 50% of the payment. We will place an order on hold until 50% payment has been received if the payment is not sent in with the order.
