5 site with regards to the user base RECENT IMPORTANT PROJECTS Zonar Systems Website Redesign Dates: From April 2014 to Dec 2014 Zonar Systems Senior UX Consultant Zonar had approached Aditi to redesign its existing website with a focus on a cleaner and modern UI design. The site was also required to be responsive and scale across multiple form factors which were to be determined based upon the analysis of the demographic data of users visiting the site. The site also was required to be built in WordPress as the current system administrators wanted an open source CMS which could be easily updated and maintained as needed. The site was also expected to integrate with the document support site of Zonar systems providing single sign on integration Tools\Technologies: Axure, Photoshop CS5, WordPress Conducted End to End UX analysis of the existing website Conducted an analysis of the existing Google analytics data to define Responsive breakpoints Conducted User research via stakeholder interviews, user interviews,heuristic analysis, competitive analysis and surveys to define the focus of the site and guide the user flows Conducted card sorting sessions to define the Information Architecture of the new site with the client Created detailed wireframes for all the templates across multiple form factors Worked with the Client design team to define the visual and branding guidelines along with the creation of mood boards and style tiles Worked with the visual designs to create the visual mockups for the different form factors Coordinated the HTML\PHP development and skinning for 12 templates

The site was also required to be responsive and scale across multiple form factors which were to be determined based upon the analysis of the demographic data of users visiting the site. The site was also required to be section 508 compliant due to federal requirements. The app is currently being used by MTC (Microsoft technology center) as a demo app to showcase the potential of Windows 8 for integration with Healthcare services. 8 team on best practices in designing Windows 8 Apps Winward Designs Ecommerce site design Dates: From Sept 2011 to Jan 2012 Winward Designs Lead UX Program Manager The project required us to build a full-fledged E-commerce site for Winward designs on the Shopify CMS platform. This project was the first E-commerce project for Aditi litehouse and is the basis for an ongoing Marketing project Tools\Technologies: Photoshop CS5, Balsamiq Created wireframes and interactive prototypes to define the end to end User Experience of the site Worked with the onsite Engagement manager to define the branding an design guidelines for the site Did competitive analysis of existing E-commerce sites to define functionality, user flow, branding standards, design expectations and E-commerce UX principles Worked with the graphic designer to define the design and user flow Worked with graphic designer to understand the implementation details of the Shopify Platform to build a custom design template for the website Conducted User Acceptance and in-house usability testing to ensure usability standards were followed Worked with client during onsite trips to define updates and changes to the site as per usability and E-commerce best practices Boeing ADAATS Dates: From Jan 2012 to June 2013 Boeing Lead UX Program Manager Boeing had recently opened a new Delivery center at Everett and wanted Aditi to design a series of informative large screen displays for

9 42 inch and 80 inch screens which would guide and inform users as they walked along the Delivery center. The screens were required to be highly customizable using a backend CMS and had to be user friendly enough to allow users with limited technological skills to be able to update the content as needed Tools\Technologies: Umbraco, Axure, Photoshop CS5 Did a detailed analysis of the best practices for designing for large screen displays Created wireframes and interactive prototypes to define the end to end User Experience for the different screens Worked with the onsite Engagement manager and UX designer to define the branding an design guidelines for the screens Worked with the Onsite graphic designer and technical architect to define the anticipated screen functionality and feasibility Worked with the development team to define use cases for development and testing Conducted in-house testing of the screens on 42 inch television displays Worked with the Technical writer to define the user manual for the users Worked with the Boeing in-house team to conduct training sessions for the users and handled any issues and upgrade requests Blue Nile Responsive Design Dates: From Feb 2012 to April 2012 Blue Nile Lead UX Program Manager Tools\Technologies: Axure Blue Nile had approached Aditi with a request to work with their inhouse design team to make their entire site responsive across three form factors. This project was fully design specific with no development and required the Aditi team to work closely with the Blue Nile team in designing the wireframes and visual designs for multiple form factors in sprint driven process for all the Blue Nile pages Handled the pre-sales design for all the wireframes for the initial POC
