Thus the freighter is comprehensively designed and armed mainly to perform in adequate Multi Purpose Trades such as up-market break bulk, project and heavy cargo shipping. The claim to commission plus the legitimate Value Added Tax arises as soon as a contract will take place as a result of evidences provided by us or by our mediation. This rule is effective also in case if this contract will be concluded on the basis of conditions which thoroughly differ from stipulated in offer at first. The same claim arises from contract extensions, completions or additions which are in economical connection with the original contract version. This claim arises from all further deals as well which will be done or developed by our mediation or by our nomination of one contract partner, or with his representatives, customers or other partners. 4. The claim to commission remains undiminished valid also in case if the created contract will expire as a result of annulling conditions, will be cancelled as a result of existing right of the customer for the escape clause, or will be rescinded or not carried out for other reasons. In case the contract will be successfully contested our customer is liable for indemnification if he was causally the reason for the challenge. 5. The customer is obliged to nominate us during the negotiations as a causally active agent, to participate us in each contract conclusion and to leave duplicates of the signed contracts to us.
