GFP Real Estate Concepts is a specialist for re- and further development in residential construction. From the overall supervision of challenging individual objects and the management of new building projects to technical asset management for nationwide real-estate portfolios: thanks to our many years of experience in construction and project management, we always find solutions with the best cost-benefit ratio. The GFP Real Estate Management team helps investors, developers and building contractors with the construction, redevelopment and revitalisation of commercial real estate. Whether it be a technically ambitious new building or a custom revitalisation of Gründerzeit objects GFP offers technical, legal and commercial support: from official agreements, prudent contract negotiations and consolidated IT-based commissioning to maximum cost security through constant controlling, and reporting, qualified construction management and supervision. 5 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE Example: Neckarforum The Neckarforum in Esslingen serves as a civic hall with an adjacent hotel and underground car park. In , GFP took over the project management for the redevelopment and new building with a volume of 30 million.

6 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE Example: Operncarree Construction supervision In the former GDR state bank at Berlin s Bebelplatz was converted into the luxury Hotel du Rome with 150 rooms and office space with a total surface area of 14,000 square metres was created. GFP supervised the turnkey handover of the 60 million investment.

7 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE Example: Schumannsches Palais General planning Construction supervision The high quality office building is situated on the doorstep of the Deutsches Theater in Berlin-Mitte. In GFP was responsible for the turnkey handover of a surface area of 18,600 square metres and an investment volume of 30 million.

8 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE Example: Treptowers Technical due diligence General planning Construction supervision In one of the most well-known commercial properties in Berlin with an area of 86,000 square metres was modernised and restructured for 10 million under the direction of GFP.

Project development The Nicholas Berggruen Holding s real estate portfolio contains residential and commercial real estate all over Germany. GFP has been supervising the portfolio since 2005 from acquisitions to guarantees, with a volume of 120 million to date.

12 HOUSING Example: Friedrich-Ebert-Siedlung Technical due diligence General planning Construction supervision The listed site dates back to the 1930s and was partly constructed by Bruno Taut. GFP has been responsible for the modernisation and energy upgrade of the twenty buildings with 500 housing units since By 2015, the construction volume will amount to 7 million.

IS.Select is an internet-based software programme that improves the modernisation and maintenance management of real estate portfolios in the long term: for all redevelopment areas, executive modules with varying degrees of complexity are provided with fixed costs and companies, which can be commissioned and supervised at the click of a mouse once the needs have been assessed. IS.Cockpit consolidates the planning and implementation of measures in a central online tool: from status determination and the preparation and approval of decision proposals to documenting their implementation, the platform provides a comprehensive overview and thus optimised cost management.
