6 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE Example: Operncarree Construction supervision In the former GDR state bank at Berlin s Bebelplatz was converted into the luxury Hotel du Rome with 150 rooms and office space with a total surface area of 14,000 square metres was created. GFP supervised the turnkey handover of the 60 million investment.

In GFP was responsible for the turnkey handover of a surface area of 18,600 square metres and an investment volume of 30 million.
