2 Minimum Server requirements Scenario # 1, up to 3 users Dedicated or NonDedicated server Antivirus: Optionnel : HOTELLO, Call accounting and other interfaces Windows 7/8 professional or better 32 bits or 64 bits OS Intel Dual Core 2.4 GHz or better, AMD Athlon X2 2.6Ghz or better 4GB for 32 bits, 8GB for 64 bits 40GB free space on a 7200 rpm or better External Hard Drive, USB Key, Tape drive or DVD burner 17 LCD or better, 19 inch recommended APC UPS Battery Backup (1500VA recommended with automated shutdown sequence) SMTP account for automatic service. Windows 7/8 professional or better, Windows Server 2008/2012 (any edition) or Linux (other station required for interfaces) 64 bits OS Intel I5 3.0 GHz or better, We prefer processor speed to core AMD Phenom X3, Opteron. 8GB Ram 40GB free space 10K rpms or better multidisk Raid 10 External Hard Drive, Tape drive or DVD burner 15 LCD or better APC UPS Battery Backup (3500VA recommended with automated shutdown sequence) - SMTP account for automatic service. - Terminal server licenses if RDP connections are to be used in a terminal server environment

Windows Server 2008/2012 (No SBS) or Linux (other station required for, interfaces), 64 bits OS Dual Core Xeon 2.86GHz or better, AMD Phenom X3 or Opteron, we prefer speed to multiple core. 8GB Ram 50GB 10K rpm or better Raid 5/10 (15K rpm SAS multidisk Raid 5/10 preferred) Can Be SSD X25E Intel drives External Hard Drive, Tape drive or DVD burner 15 LCD or better, no DHCP lease APC UPS Battery Backup (5500VA recommended with automated shutdown sequence) - Active account if confirmations are to be used - Terminal server licenses if RDP connections are to be used in a terminal server environment Minimum Workstation configuration Workstation OS: Antivirus: HOTELLO Microsoft XP Pro, Windows 7/8 professional or better. No home edition. Intel I5 2.4 GHz Windows 7/8 or better 4GB for 32 bits, 8GB for 64 bits 40GB 7200 rpm or better (require 2GB free for Hotello) Onboard or better with 1280x1024 minimum resolution 17 LCD or better (19 recommended) - Active account and software compatible with MAPI if confirmations are to be used - MSFax software must be installed if fax confirmations are to be used - Microsoft Excel 2003 or newer must be installed if data exports to Excel are to be used

4 Minimum requirements for Cloud and SaaS Clients For our Cloud and SAAS clients using the Go Global Host and Gateway platforms, the following recommendations apply: - Debit and Credit Transactions: Ensure a serial port for the pinpad and a USB port for the thermal printer for receipts are available. - If using MAC computers, a Windows PC needs to be available, to host the Hotello interfaces. - At least one web browser needs to be installed, (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox,...) that accepts Adobe Air and Flash player. - High Speed internet connection : 5 Mbits/s minimum - No Terminal Serverlike infrastructure uphill from the Cloud connection. - A Dropbox account will be needed to setup the telephone interface. - Provide all the parameters needed for a secured SLL/TLS SMTP server, preferably with authentification Printer Any laser printer with rapid firstpage printing (under 6 seconds). We do NOT support - Windows XP since it is no longer maintained by Microsoft. - Intel processors with Hyper threading. Please configure the server/station without this option. (can be disabled in BIOS) - Many Antivirus as McAfee and Panda, please confirm your antivirus before. AVG Preferred. - Windows Vista - We use TeamViewer Version 8 and ScreenConnect for support, no other versions can be installed on the station/server - 64 bit Microsoft Office installation, you will need to install 32 Bit version of office if you use Outlook as client. Installation specifications - The network must be installed in a professional manner, ie. No hardwiring connected directly to the network card or router. - The firewall will have to be setup specifically to our requirements, please contact us. - Security: Your configuration have to be conform to PCIDSS norms. - Permission management: Administrive wrights need to be available on all workstation when required by our support team.

5 Interfaces - If you purchase interface modules, you will need serial ports on the machines running the interface modules. In all cases, it is imperative that you contact us to discuss your specific requirements. Other - Adobe Acrobat Reader - Internet browser for system updates.
