2 GR AND VISION FAST BECOMING A REALITY Waterford Rise launches Stages 5 and 6 Waterford Rise is continuing its evolution to an established and vibrant residential community, with its latest land release offering buyers genuine affordability in a highly sought after location at a starting price of less than $130,000. 4 WATERFORD RISE LANDSCAPER WINS CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW Fleming s Nurseries, the Monbulk-based nursery responsible for the beautiful streetscape at Warragul s Waterford Rise housing estate, has been awarded Best in Show at the 2013 Chelsea Flower Show, for their Trailfinders Australian Garden presented by Fleming s entry. The state-of-the-art childcare centre will boast larger than required rooms, a massive outdoor area with the latest play equipment and, most importantly, a team of friendly and dedicated staff members. 5 Strong sales continue at Waterford Rise With 5 bedrooms, our new house will be that bit bigger than where we are currently living. Happy Gilmores to spread their wings at Waterford Rise Long-time Warragul residents Tim Gilmore and wife Wendy, along with their five children can t wait to move into their new home at Warragul s Waterford Rise housing estate. Tim said he s looking forward to downsizing from the family s current 1,200 sqm property to their new 765 sqm block so he can spend less time mowing the lawn and tending to the garden. Wendy and I purchased our first block of land in Warragul before the children started to arrive, so I had plenty of spare time to make sure the property was in good order, he said. But now that the kids are really starting to grow up, I m very keen to move into our smaller block and spend more time with them. With 5 bedrooms, our new house will be that bit bigger than where we are currently living and with five little ones running around we are really excited about having a bit more indoor space.
