2 Emergency Action Plan- Baseball Mobile phones will be the main source of communication to summon EMS by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at (334) , Haynes Ambulance of Troy at (334) , University Police at (334) , and/or 911. The emergency land line phone for this venue on game day is located in the Riddle-Pace Field Press Box. The dugout phones may be used to call the press box ( ), where EMS may be summoned by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service Directly at or Haynes Ambulance at The phones in the baseball coaches offices may also be used to contact EMS. GPS Coordinate: , Physical Address: Riddle-Pace Baseball Field; 1000 Veterans Stadium Drive, Troy, AL Riddle-Pace Baseball Field- the home team will be evacuated to the home locker room and the visiting team will be evacuated to Pace Hall lower level by Troy University Game Management. The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located in the Satellite Athletic Training Room at Riddle-Pace Field. During events they will be located in the home dugout. 1. Coming from US-231N on S George Wallace Dr. turn left at University Ave. 2. Riddle-Pace Field is located on the right. 3. Unless otherwise designated, the emergency entrance is the centerfield gate located to the right of the scoreboard on University Ave. 4. The 1SF key opens the gate to allow the ambulance onto the field. Key 1SC17 must be used to remove the poles that run along University Drive (ATC, Campus Police, and Event Management have the keys to the fence and poles). The Baseball Stadium at Riddle-Pace Field

3 Emergency Action Plan- The Strength and Conditioning Weight Room in Stadium Towers Mobile phones may also be used to summon EMS by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at , Haynes Ambulance at , or University police at (334) , and/or 911. The emergency phone in the weight room is located in the strength and conditioning coaches office (ext & 5712). If the coaches offices are unavailable then the phone in the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room (ext. 3720) on the second floor may be used. 1SQ1 unlocks the athletic training room. These phones may be used to summon EMS in case of emergency by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at , or Haynes Ambulance at Physical Address: The Strength and Conditioning Weight Room; 3100 Veterans Stadium Drive, Troy, AL The tornado and inclement weather shelter for Stadium Tower is located in the lowest levels of the stairwell on each end of the tower. An AED is located in the Strength & Conditioning Weight Room in the hallway just past the cardiovascular equipment. From the middle doors by the elevators, walk in the right door to the weight room. The AED is located immediately to the right. : 1. Coming from US-231 on S George Wallace Dr. turn left onto University Ave. 2. Take the first right at the light onto Luther Dr. 3. The Memorial Stadium Towers are located on the right past the baseball stadium. 4. The weight room is on the first floor of the Memorial Stadium Towers. The Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room phone ( ) may be used to summon EMS in case of an emergency by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at or Haynes Ambulance at SQ1 may be used to enter the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room. Physical Address: The Stadium Towers Athletic Training Room; 3200 Veterans Stadium Drive, Troy, AL The tornado and inclement weather shelter for Stadium Tower is located in the lowest levels of the stairwell on each end of the tower. The AED will be located in the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room on the 2 nd floor of Veterans Memorial Stadium Tower. The AED is specifically located on the column closest to the entrance door. The splint bag will be located in the storage closet of the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room. 1. Coming from US-231 N on S George Wallace Dr. turn left on University Ave. 2. Take the first right at the light onto Luther Dr. 3. The Memorial Stadium Towers are located on the right past the baseball stadium. 4. The Athletic Training Room is located on the second floor of the Memorial Stadium Towers. Enter through the middle entrance to the elevators and proceed to the 2 nd floor. The emergency phone in the Trojan Arena is located downstairs in the coaches offices. This phone may be used in case of an emergency by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at , Haynes Ambulance of Troy directly at , and/or University Police at (334) The individual coaches will have their keys to their offices if access is needed and a mobile phone is not available. GPS Coordinate: , s The Troy University varsity athletic teams will report to their individual locker rooms, the visiting team will be instructed to return to their locker room, and the officials will be escorted to their locker room. The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located in the satellite Athletic Training Room in the Trojan Arena. During practice the AED and vacuum splint bag will be located on the practice court or in the athletic training room located just off the courts. 1. From US-231 turn onto S George Wallace Dr. 2. In approximately 1.5 miles turn left onto McKinley Dr. 3. Turn left into the parking lot and keep to the left to the loading dock on the backside of the Trojan Arena. 4. An individual from Troy University will be outside to direct EMS personnel from the loading dock. Trojan Arena

The emergency land line phone at the Davis Field House is located downstairs in the satellite athletic training room (ext. 3492). This phone may be used to summon EMS in case of an emergency by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at or Haynes Ambulance of Troy at Key 1SA1 will open the Davis Field House. Physical Address: The Davis Field House; 5000 Veterans Stadium Drive, Troy, AL The tornado and inclement weather shelter for the Davis Field House is in the lowest level of the building. Teams will be instructed to report to their locker room or in the hallway. The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located in the satellite Athletic Training Room, downstairs in the Davis Field House. During events and practice, they will be located on the field or in the golf cart. 1. When traveling westbound on US-231N take a right onto S George Wallace Dr. 2. In 1.2 miles, turn left onto the access road just past the football stadium. 3. Turn right onto the access road that runs along the backside of the field house. This road will loop around to the parking lot behind the field house. 4. Enter the Davis Field House through the double doors on the ground level and take the first right. Follow the hallway and take the next left. The athletic training room is the first door on the right. Make sure to have a designated person to show the EMS where to go. The Davis Field House

7 Emergency Action Plan Track & Field/Soccer Mobile phones may be the main source of communications to summon EMS by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at (334) , Haynes Ambulance of Troy at (334) , University Police at (334) , and/or 911. The emergency land line phone is in the Soccer Coaches offices located at the field (ext or 5653) or the University Police Station ( ) that is located across the street from the soccer/track complex in Hamil Hall. These phones may be used to summon EMS in case of an emergency by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service directly at or Haynes Ambulance of Troy at Key 1SA1 will open the emergency gate by the soccer field house. GPS Coordinate: , s The Troy University Soccer team will be evacuated to their locker room, the officials to the hallway in the coaches office area, and the visiting team to the Trojan Center or bathrooms at the complex. The Troy University Track and Field team will be evacuated to the Trojan Center or bathrooms at the complex and if possible the soccer locker room. The AED and vacuum splint bag will be housed in the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room and transported to the field for all practices and events. 1. When traveling westbound on US-231N take a right onto S George Wallace Dr. 2. In 1 mile, turn left onto University Ave. 3. In 0.1 miles, turn right at the traffic light onto Luther Dr. 4. Continue 0.3 miles onto College Dr. 5. Turn right into the parking lot at the Track and Soccer Complex. 6. Continue through the parking lot towards the complex. 7. The emergency access road is to the left of the main gate on a dirt road. Make sure the designated person is positioned at the access road to direct the ambulance to the appropriate place. The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located in the satellite Athletic Training Room, downstairs in the Davis Field House. During events, they will be located on the practice field or on the golf cart or in the stadium. 1. When traveling westbound on US-231N take a right onto S George Wallace Dr. 2. During events, they will be located on the home bench or on the sideline. 1. When traveling westbound on US-231N take a right onto S George Wallace Dr. 2. In 1.2 miles, turn left onto the access road just past the football stadium. 3.The first gate on the left is the emergency entrance gate. The emergency land line phone for this venue on game day is located in the coach s office in the field house at the top of the tennis complex. This is where EMS may be summoned by dialing or by contacting Care Ambulance Service Directly at or Haynes Ambulance at The phones in the tennis coaches offices may be used to contact EMS. GPS Coordinate: , The teams should be evacuated to the Troy University Recreational Gym on Elm St., the Hillcrest House, or the Softball locker room if available. : The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located with the Certified Athletic Trainer during home competitions at the tennis complex. In the off season the AED will be housed in the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room. Inclement Weather: In the event that there is inclement weather such as lightning or tornado, the athletes will be evacuated to the field house located at the top of the tennis complex. : 1. Driving US-231 North turn right onto S George Wallace Drive. 2. In 1.8 miles turn left on Elm Street. 3. Turn left into parking lot located just beyond the tennis court. 4. The ambulance may enter the courts in case of emergency by pulling up to the court and entering through the gate on each court. The SA-49 key will open the gates. Coach will most likely have the key. Make sure the designated person is at the appropriate gate. Tennis Complex

There is no landline phone in this area. GPS Coordinate: , Inclement Weather: In the event that there is inclement weather such as lightning or tornado, the athletes will be evacuated to the lower level of the Trojan Arena. : The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located with the Certified Athletic Trainer. In the off season the AED will be housed in the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room. : 1. Driving US-231 North turn on S George Wallace Drive. 2. In 1.5 miles turn left onto McKinley Drive. 3. Drive 0.5 miles and look to your right; there will be personal waiting upon your arrival to give you further directions. Golf Course

GPS Coordinate: , The Troy University Softball Team should be evacuated to their locker room and the visiting team and officials will be escorted by Troy University Game Management to either the Recreational Gym on Elm St or the Hillcrest House. : The AED and vacuum splint bag will be located in the locker room at the softball complex. During events they will be located in the home dugout. In the off season the AED will be housed in the Stadium Tower Athletic Training Room. Inclement Weather: In the event that there is inclement weather such as lightning or tornado, the athletes will be evacuated to the locker room located in the field house behind home plate. : 1. Driving US-231 North, turn onto S George Wallace Drive 2. In 1.8 miles turn left on Elm Street 3. Take the first left at the red light on College Drive and then turn left at the Hillcrest House. This road will take you behind the house into a back parking lot next to the softball field. 4. The ambulance may enter the field by following the dirt road that goes behind the batting cage. A gate is located in the right field/first base corner. The SG1 key will open this gate up. Softball Field
