Cre Cmpnents that identify a Skilled Wrker Academics (training), Cmputer Skills, Sft Skills, and Technical Skills. Prgrams are pathways with the fcus n pathways between nn-credit (shrt-term) and credit prgrams Centralize similar best prgram practices thrughut the cmmunity. The threads f the mdel that unite the cmmunity are: Awareness, Advising, Assessment, Academics, Sft Skills Training, Certificatin (Career Readiness Certificate) transcending generatins t achieve self-sufficiency.
