2 FOCUS 2015 is our refreshed strategic pla that builds o ad stregthes Georgia s commitmets. We recetly surpassed the half-way mark of our five-year strategic pla, creatig a ideal opportuity to evaluate ad reaffirm our priorities. This pla is a importat roadmap for our future. Not oly does it outlie where we eed to be, but how we are goig to get there. Itegral to the pla remais strog commuity, idustry ad iteratioal parterships. Georgia s ogoig success will be based o these parterships ad the success of our studets ad graduates will rest with our ability to provide relevat ad iovative programs that meet their eeds ad the eeds of employers. Four key priorities will guide our work over the ext two years: pathways, extraordiary experieces, commuity coectios ad operatioal excellece. We will cotiue to advace studet access, grow pathways through our Uiversity Partership Cetre, expad our ow degree offerigs, champio service ad work-itegrated learig, ad leverage techology across our seve campus locatios. We have also reewed our commitmet to etrepreeurship ad iovatio. Our goal is to produce a ew kid of graduate, oe who is ot just a job seeker, but a job creator. We kow we ca achieve this by expadig Georgia s suite of applied learig experieces, creatig more relevat ad flexible pathways that are resposive to commuity ad employer eeds, hoig our approach to studet services ad studet success, ad ifusig the priciples of etrepreeurship ito each of our programs. We have already begu to itegrate those priciples ito our ow operatios by takig a close look at where we ca be more efficiet ad effective.
