1 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Mobile App Game Official Rules BY PARTICIPATING IN THE #SHRM15 MOBILE APP GAME, YOU ACCE AND AGREE RELATIVE TO THIS GAME. The #SHRM15 Mobile App Game for the SHRM 2015 Annual Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada begins on, June 22, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on Wednes, July 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.. ELIGIBILITY You must be a registered attendee of the SHRM 2015 Annual Conference & Exposition. The following personnel are ineligible, and therefore excluded from winning any prizes associate with the #SHRM15 Mobile App Game: SHRM Staff, exhibitors, vendors and volunteers. HOW TO ENTER, SELECTION OF WINNERS, PRIZES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participants use their own smartphone or other mobile device running either ios or Android to participate in the #SHRM15 Mobile App Game. Participants download a free mobil ios users may download the mobile app from the Apple App Store. Android users may download the mobile app from Google Play. The mobile app is also available through a web browser at Participants will use the mobile app pp features described in Table 1 on pages 3-7. The #SHRM15 Mobile App Game consists of five segments: 1. 2 alified Conference locations or when they use the mobile app features described in Table 1 on pages 3-7. There will be one pre, three daily (June 28, 29, 30) and one overall winner for the #SHRM15 Mobile App Game. The Leaderboard tracks the overall standing, not daily standings. winners will be calculated by the SHRM mobile app team at the end of each for the allotted timeframe. Participants cannot win more than one daily or pre prize. If a participant wins a pre or daily prize, they are not excluded from the overall prize. The top 10 of each pre and daily timeframe will be entered to win the Overall Prize. Your entry may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the SHRM mobile app team, if you attempt to disrupt the #SHRM15 Mobile App Game or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If this occurs, the SHRM mobile app team has the right to remedy any such action, disruption or circumvention in a manner to be solely determined by the SHRM mobile app team. SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS The #SHRM15 Mobile App Game winners will be informed via in-app messaging within 1 hour of the end time. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must agree to the announcement. We will announce via Twitter and the Conference Community. The top 10 participants that accumulate the highest amount of at the end of each Prize and pre period will be eligible to win the overall prize. In the event of a tie, the tied top participants will be entered into a random drawing conducted by the SRHM Mobile App team. All winners must complete applicable paperwork for redeem their prize. Eligibility must be confirmed in order to be deemed a winner and in order to receive a Prize. Any questions regarding location for prize pickup can be directed to the #SHRM15 Mobile App Desk. Prizes that are not claimed within designated timeframe, you shall be deemed forfeited and undeliverable, and any winner that did not claim his or her prize by such deadline date shall be considered disqualified and ineligible to receive any prize. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. No prize substitution is allowed, except the SHRM mobile app team may substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that the prize becomes unavailable or at l taxes.
