1 1. The Pennsylvania Lottery Draft Day Pro Football Giveaway 2016 (hereafter, the Giveaway ). (a) Participation and Entry: (1) Entrants may access the Giveaway through the Pennsylvania Lottery website, through the Lottery s social media channels, via s received through the Pennsylvania Lottery VIP Players Club and Special Offers list, through the Pennsylvania Lottery SMS Special Offers list or through the PA Lottery Official App. (2) To enter the Giveaway, entrants must supply their first and last name, as well as a valid telephone number and address when submitting an entry. No other method of submission will be accepted, and entries submitted using any other method, including entries mailed or hand-delivered to the Pennsylvania Lottery, are not valid and will be disqualified. (3) The entry period for the Giveaway begins after 11:59:59 a.m. April 26, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. May 1, All time references in this section are Eastern Prevailing Time. (4) Each entry must be complete with all requested data fields filled in. This includes the Contact Page 1 of 11

2 Information data fields consisting of first name, last name, address and telephone number. (5) Only one claimant per entry allowed. (6) Claimant must be 18 years of age or older. 2. Drawings and Prizes: (a) The prize entitlements described below are subject to all restrictions and limitations described in Section 3, or mentioned elsewhere in these rules. (b) The Pennsylvania Lottery will conduct one Drawing which will be held on or about May 9, Giveaway participants may enter the giveaway described in section 2(c) or the giveaway described in section 2(d), or may choose not to enter any of the giveaways described in section 2. (c) Pittsburgh Steelers Giveaway: (1) The first through the tenth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Pittsburgh Steelers giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of two (2) game tickets and a sideline experience for each ticket holder to a 2016 Pittsburgh Steelers regular season home game. (2) The eleventh through the twentieth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Pittsburgh Page 2 of 11

3 Steelers giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of two (2) game tickets and a sideline experience for each ticket holder to a 2016 Pittsburgh Steelers preseason home game. (3) The twenty-first through the twenty-fifth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Pittsburgh Steelers giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of two (2) club seats and a reserved parking pass to a 2016 Pittsburgh Steelers preseason home game. (4) The twenty-sixth through the thirty-sixth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Pittsburgh Steelers giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of one (1) autographed replica Pittsburgh Steelers jersey. (d) Philadelphia Eagles Giveaway: (1) The first through the tenth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Philadelphia Eagles giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of two Page 3 of 11

4 (2) Fan Zone tickets to a 2016 Philadelphia Eagles regular season home game. (2) The eleventh through the fifteenth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Philadelphia Eagles giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of two (2) game tickets and a reserved parking pass to a 2016 Philadelphia Eagles preseason home game. (3) The sixteenth through the twenty-fifth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Philadelphia Eagles giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of two (2) game tickets to a 2016 Philadelphia Eagles preseason home game. (4) The twenty-sixth through the thirty-sixth entries selected from the Giveaway entrants that selected the Philadelphia Eagles giveaway will be winning entries, and the entrants who submitted those winning entries shall each be entitled to a prize of one (1) autographed replica Philadelphia Eagles jersey. 3. 5 (a) The odds of an entry being selected in a giveaway, described in Section 2, depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that giveaway. (b) To be eligible to participate in a particular giveaway, entrants must have complied with the requirements of these rules. (c) The Lottery is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries not entered into the Giveaway. The Lottery is not responsible for entries that are not entered into the Giveaway because of incompatible internet browsers or other technical issues. If a Giveaway entry is selected as a winner and rejected during or following the Drawing, the Lottery will select another entry to replace the rejected entry in accordance with these rules and Lottery procedure. (d) A computer-generated randomizer will be used to select the winners. (e) An entrant may only win the prize for which they are first selected in the Drawing described in section 2. Subsequent entries, from the same entrant, selected in the Drawing described in section 2 will be disqualified and a replacement entry will be selected. Page 5 of 11

6 (f) If any discrepancy exists between these Giveaway rules and any material describing the Giveaway, the Giveaway rules shall govern. (g) Employees of the Pennsylvania Lottery, MARC Advertising, Scientific Games International Inc., MDI Entertainment, LLC, and their subcontractors, or a spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing as a member of the same household in the principal place of residence of any such person are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Offer void where prohibited or restricted. (h) The Pennsylvania Lottery is the sole administrator of the Giveaway. Any other promotional partner, including, but not limited to, Philadelphia Eagles, LLC and Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC (collectively, the Eagles Parties ) and Pittsburgh Steelers LLC and PSSI Stadium LLC (collectively, the Steelers Parties ), is not a sponsor of the Giveaway, and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or the verification of winners. All inquiries regarding the Giveaway should be directed to the Pennsylvania Lottery. (i) The Pennsylvania Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend one or more of the Page 6 of 11

7 Giveaway, and change these rules if the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to errors in these rules or advertising, unauthorized intervention, tampering, fraud, technical errors, viruses, worms, bugs, or any other cause beyond the control of the Pennsylvania Lottery that, in the Pennsylvania Lottery s sole judgment, could corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of one or more of the Giveaway drawings. (j) All entries shall be subject to verification by the Pennsylvania Lottery. (k) The Pennsylvania Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant found to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway or associated drawings or to be acting in violation of these rules or applicable law. (l) The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applicable laws and regulations apply. (m) The Giveaway winners will be responsible for all taxes arising from, or in connection with, any prize won. (n) Prizes are not transferrable. Page 7 of 11

8 (o) All tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity and age restrictions. In the event the winner is not available on the date of the game or event that is part of a prize awarded in the Giveaway, there will be no extensions or substitutions of prizes and the winner will not receive any reimbursement for the unused prize. (p) Final determination of winners will be made by the Secretary, whose judgment will be final and binding. (q) In the event a prize described in these rules is not available, the Lottery may either provide a substitute prize, determined by the Secretary to have an equivalent value to the prize won, or make a cash payment to the winner, in an amount determined by the Secretary to have an equivalent value to the prize won. (r) Winners and/or guest(s) must abide by all venue policies. Any promotional partner, including, but not limited to, the Eagles Parties and the Steelers Parties, reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring the promotional partner into disrepute. The Lottery, the Eagles Parties, the Page 8 of 11

9 Steelers Parties and other promotional partners are not responsible for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with the Giveaway. Each winner, his or her respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, agree to indemnify, defend, release, and discharge the Lottery, the Steelers Parties, the Eagles Parties, and the National Football League ( NFL ), as well as their employees, officers, members, managers, directors and commissioners from and against any loss, claim, damage, suit, or injury arising out of or relating to this promotion. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Lottery, the Eagles Parties, the Steelers Parties, the NFL, any other promotional partner, their respective affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, Released Parties ) from any and all claims for damages or liability, including (without limitation) personal injury and/or death and property damage, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: acceptance, possession, use, nonuse, or misuse of a prize; participation in or travel to/from any Giveaway related activity; or participation in this Giveaway. Giveaway winners participate solely at their own risk and responsibility. In no event will the released parties be Page 9 of 11

10 responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of the website or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from the website. Without limiting the foregoing, all prizes are provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties. Check your local laws. (s) The winner is responsible for all costs, expenses and transportation, not specifically included in the prize won in the Giveaway, arising from or in connection with any prize won. (t) Giveaway prizes are not redeemable for cash. (u) Winners selected in the Drawing described in section 2 will be contacted via by the Pennsylvania Lottery Winners Services. A list of winners will be posted to the Pennsylvania Lottery s website once the winners have been verified. Page 10 of 11

11 (v) Winners will be contacted via the information provided to the lottery when entering the Giveaway, as described in section 1(a)(2). Any errors contained in the telephone number or address supplied by an entrant are not the responsibility of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles or the Pennsylvania Lottery. (w) The fulfillment method for each prize will be communicated to the winner by the Pennsylvania Lottery Winners Services. Game tickets will either be available at the Team s Will Call Window, ed or sent via mail or other similar delivery service. Autographed jerseys will be sent by mail or other similar delivery service. (x) The actual game and the identity and location of the game ticket seats at any game identified in section 2 will be determined at the sole discretion of the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers. (y) The player(s) to actually autograph the Replica Jerseys described in section 2 will be determined at the sole discretion of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
