By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. 1. Eligibility. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. THIS THE NORTH FACE THERMOBALL JACKET SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCES AND TERRITORIES IN CANADA WHO ARE AT LEAST AGE 18 (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW). IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND CAMPERS VILLAGE, A DIVISION OF NORSEMAN INC., RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO YOU. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Campers Village in the manner and format designated below. Directors, officers and employees of Campers Village and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. All applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations apply. 2. Disclaimer. Campers Village, Facebook, Inc., any participating sponsors, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Campers Village or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. 3. Contest Period. The Contest starts on November 1 12:01 AM Mountain Standard Time ( MST) and ends on November 30, 2013 at 11:59 PM MST (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible to win a prize. Campers Village s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. 4. How to Enter. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Entries must be received on or after November 1, :01 am PDT and before 11:59 pm PDT on November 30, During the Sweepstakes Period, you may access the Sweepstakes by visiting the application URL

You must submit all required information through the sweepstakes app on the website to participate in the contest and to be eligible to win the prize. Completion of the online registration automatically entitles the entrant to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. One (1) entry per person per IP address. Entrants will be awarded one (2) bonus entries per friend that enters after entrant shares the sweepstakes through the sweepstakes app. Entries may not be mailed, faxed or otherwise delivered in any manner except as provided above. By entering, entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Sweepstakes rules (exact compliance is essential); (b) to accept as final and binding the decisions of the Sponsor, judge(s) and their agents in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; and (c) that all entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by entrants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants' systems. All eligible entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible to win a prize. The Website s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. All required information on the Application must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. No entries by facsimile, overnight courier, or delivery service. Entry must be made only by the entrant, at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. 5. Random Drawing: The winner will be determined by a random drawing. All valid entries will be combined into a single pool, and from that pool winners will be selected in a random drawing within two (2) days of the end of the sweepstakes. Potential winner(s) will be notified by using the contact information given at the time of entry within two (2) days of the applicable Drawing. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for the applicable Drawing. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within two (2) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner(s) are found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may successively attempt to

3 contact up to six (6) potential winner(s) of an applicable prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner(s) of such applicable prize after such attempts have been made, if any, such prize may go unawarded. 6. At the end of random selection, the winner will win one of six The North Face Thermoball Jackets. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by winner will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable and non-assignable. Prizes will be awarded only if the/each potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, or any other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 7. Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, website errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the Sweepstakes Rules. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees. Entrants agree that, if necessary, any dispute related to this Contest shall be litigated only in courts in Alberta, Canada, and subject to the laws of the province of Alberta. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor its Board members, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising/promotional agencies and legal advisors, if applicable, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrant acknowledges and accepts that his/her address and/or other personal

4 information from the entry (collectively Information ) may be used for internal marketing analyses and to provide entrant with information about Sponsor and Sponsor's promotions and/or services that may be of interest to entrant. The Information will not be used for any other purposes without your consent. The Information will not be sold or provided to third parties, except as required or authorized by law. Entrant may later revoke consent to these promotional purposes at any time by contacting Sponsor at Campers Village. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Campers Village to announce the winner s name for promotional purposes without further compensation and presentation of any or all prizes shall be contingent upon submission of written consent from the winner as to such use. 8. Winner s Names: To obtain a copy of the winners names, send your request in writing along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope: Campers Village Street, Edmonton, AB T5P 4V6. Requests must be received no later than one year from the start date of the sweepstakes. 9. General Release. By entering the Contest, you release CAMPERS VILLAGE and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prizes (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. 10. Affidavit and Release. As a condition of being awarded any Prize, winner may (in CAMPERS VILLAGE's sole discretion) be required to execute and deliver to CAMPERS VILLAGE a signed affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by CAMPERS VILLAGE in its sole discretion. 11. Intellectual Property Notice. CAMPERS VILLAGE is a trademark of Campers Village, a division of Norseman Inc. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrant is subject to CAMPERS VILLAGE s Privacy Policy ( 13. Miscellaneous. The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of CAMPERS VILLAGE, which are final and binding in all respects. CAMPERS VILLAGE reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond CAMPERS VILLAGE's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest, or CAMPERS VILLAGE otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned, in which event all Prizes will be awarded via the judging process outlined in these Official Rules, from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CAMPERS VILLAGE

5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Contest at any time without notice. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Contest; tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to CAMPERS VILLAGE, the Contest, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in CAMPERS VILLAGE's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. CAMPERS VILLAGE reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.
