Tip: Selecting Remember username/password tick box means the system will remember your login details for next time. Contact your account manager on (855) or Searching for a US company Search for a US company by entering the company details into the Company Name / Safe Number box or Company Quick Search box, both on the left hand side of the home page. Tip: You can search by phone number or Safe Number in the Company Quick Search box. The search results page will show a number of possible company matches. Click on the relevant company name to view the full company credit report. Company Status Indicates if we have record of activity in the last three years. 4 Our Quick Search inquires against a subset of reports that our customers are most likely to search. Can t find what you re looking for? Try including some more criteria at the top of the search results page or simply run your search again from here. You can use a variety of additional criteria and select active, inactive or both to help refine your results. Tip: The Creditsafe search works like a web search engine, providing the most likely results first and less likely results the further down the results page you look. 6 Inside a company report Inside the company report you will see a summary page of all the information on the company including information such as the company credit rating and limit at the top of the page. You can use the tabs at the top of the report to find more in depth information on each category. DBT stands for Days Beyond Terms, this indicates how many days an invoice is overdue on average for the company you re viewing. You can compare this to the industry average DBT to determine whether the company is effective at paying on time or not. The payment trend reveals whether the company is getting better or worse at paying on time (Green = Payment Trend getting better, Red = Payment Trend getting worse). Our recommendation of the total amount of credit that should be outstanding at any one time. Total amount of any Legal Filings including tax liens, judgments, and UCC loans. You can use the tool icons located at the top of the screen to Print, Save and Share the report as needed. The Follow button can be used to add the company to your risk tracker (for more information about monitoring please see our company monitoring guide.) Indicates whether the company is possibly on a list of sanctioned businesses the US government prohibits US businesses from trading with under the Patriot Act. Risk Rating A description of past events surrounding the company credit rating. A commentary is shown of factors that affect a companies risk rating. Media Solutions Unique to Creditsafe, media solutions displays any articles released from press related to the company. Legal Filings Provides details of any Tax Liens, UCC Filings, Judgments and Bankruptcies. Officers Gives details on current officers of the company you are viewing. By clicking on the names you can reveal more information about the officer including possible links to other companies that they may be affiliated to. Group Structure Full view of any subsidiaries and all linked companies within the group structure of the company you are viewing. You can click on the company names to view their full company report. Financials Full 3 years financials can be found in the financials tabs including Profit and Loss, the Balance Sheet and Key Ratio s. Financials are available for public companies and linked companies; Ultimate Holding Companies, linkages for US and European business reports where available.
