6 When asked in a CBI survey what universities should prioritise, 82% of employers chose improving students' employability skills, suggesting this should be a key focus for universities. 17 Task 1- complete a Statement of Work for an existing project (e.g. Fundraising event, club night etc). Task 2-Produce a task list for your chosen project. You must include dependencies and duration (Please see handout) Task 3-complete one of the following project management tools for your chosen project a) Create a Network Diagram for your chosen project, then calculate the critical path (please also include the task list). or b- Create a Gantt Chart demonstrating the exact duration of your project tasks (please also include the task list). or c-using your chosen project, write each stage of the Project Management Cycle
