Give voice so that we can find new ways for our world to thrive For years I have watched the many 'holes in the bucket get bigger and weary over time' and then how across sectors, selectively, we choose 'initiatives' qualifying as one 'chosen hole to plug... and we ask... 'why is it not working? and the life force keeps draining from all the other holes So we all urgently gather within four inhibiting walls and speak some more... There comes a time when not acting on what we know is betrayal. This is one of those times. I don t have all the answers, but I can throw everything that I have, all that I know and ask all those who 'get it, like-minded individuals, to come to a place where we can investigate and find new ways. Together, in collaboration across sectors, active citizens. The solutions are all around us.

11 Informal Learning Skills A study presented by the South African Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) identified that the main reasons of failure for women entrepreneurs in South Africa go beyond standard reasons and include informal learning skills such as; assertiveness, self-confidence and self-motivation.
