All charges are without VAT unless otherwise indicated.

IMPORT 1.1 General Delivery Charges General delivery charges include general handling and storage in warehouse, import cargo delivery from Customs bonded warehouse to the delivery area in the cargo terminal or to another area in the cargo terminal indicated by the terminal operator. Charge for each import clearance declaration 0,14 /kg Minimum charge 12,00 Maximum charge 1125, Thru ULD Charge (includes delivery charges per ULD) Charge for Unloading ULD 1.2 Storage Charges for Import Cargo PKC /AKH / LD3 48,40 LD6 / LD11 66,50 pallet 84,80 Charge for unloading ULD 100,50 /per unit A free period of 24 hours, excluding the initial Saturday and/or Sunday and/or a public holiday, commences at 00:01 AM on the day following the day of arrival. Shipment arrives Storage starts MONDAY > WEDNESDAY TUESDAY > THURSDAY WEDNESDAY > FRIDAY THURSDAY > SATURDAY FRIDAY > TUESDAY SATURDAY > TUESDAY SUNDAY > TUESDAY Storage charges after the free period of 24 hours: Initial 48 hours 0,10 /kg/day After the aforementioned 48 hour period 0,21 /kg/day Minimum charge 10,30 /day All storage charges are payable by the party taking the goods out of the warehouse. Liability of the carrier ends when the goods are delivered to the person entitled to delivery. If the shipment is forwarded, Finnair Cargo Oy disclaims any responsibility concerning the allocation of warehouse charges. Above mentioned import storage charges are also applied when the shipment is stopped irrespective of Finnair Cargo. The related charges will be debited from the principal. Additionally, the above charges apply to transit shipments.

5 1.3 After Partition Charge of Shipment After partition charge 0,23 /kg, minimum charge 13,30 After partition takes place within 24 hours from customer s request. 1.4 Charges for Additional Services (+ VAT 24 %) 1.5 Valuable and Vulnerable Shipments 1.6 Quick Delivery Charges 1.7 Live Animals 1.8 Re-weighing Notifying Charge for Bank Shipments: 20,60 Electronic transmission of air waybill attachments (e.g. by fax or by ): 5,70 /air waybill Charge for valuable shipments (VAL): 241,25 /air waybill/transportation from aircraft Charge for vulnerable shipments (VUN): 111,70 /air waybill Extra charge for the use of secure storage room: 176,40 /air waybill VAL and VUN charges are also applied to transit shipments (for both transportation from/to aircraft). 6 1.9 Truck Loading Charge (+ VAT 24%) Loading/offloading charge 0,15 /kg Minimum charge 60,50 /truck Maximum charge 484,10 /truck Loading/offloading is performed by one cargo warehouse employee. Charge for additional loading staff: 62,80 /hour/person Loading/offloading charge is debited from the consignee indicated on the delivery slip Forklift Charge (+ VAT 24%) Heavy (under 3 tonnes) 60,50 /lift Extra heavy (over 3 tonnes) 84,50 /lift Maximum charge 484,10 Forklift charge is debited from the consignee indicated on the delivery slip Charges for Other Special Services (+ VAT 24%) Accompanying of a shipper/consignee (as per separate agreement) to the Airport Restricted Zone (subject to prior approval from appropriate authorities, airport pass fee charged separately): 64,70 /each hour/person 1.12 Deviation Charges (+ ALV 24%) Deviation charge for additional measures originating from customer's specific request (e.g. photographing, changes to the air waybill etc.): 62,80 /each hour

EXPORT 2.1 Standard Handling Charges Thru ULD Charge Handling of export shipments 0,06 /kg Minimum charge 6,50 Maximum charge 99,90 Charge for preparation of air waybill: 22,40 Thru ULD charge 29,40 /air waybill Security check charge not included. 2.2 Valuable and Vulnerable Shipments 2.3 Dangerous Goods "Excepted shipments" Charge for valuable shipments (VAL): 241,25 /air waybill or each transportation to aircraft Charge for vulnerable shipments (VUN): 111,70 /air waybill Extra charge for the use of secure storage room: 176,40 /air waybill VAL and VUN charges are also applied to transit shipments (for both transportation from/to aircraft). Charges for checking Dangerous Goods (listed in Shipper s Declaration of Dangerous Goods) on acceptance for export: 1 UN-number per AWB, HAWB 68,50 2 to 10 UN-numbers per AWB, HAWB 94,70 More than 10 UN-numbers per AWB, HAWB 135,80 Above charges are also applied to all rechecks. Acceptance check charge for the following types of dangerous goods shipments, which do not require Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods: 23,00 /AWB, HAWB Dry Ice - ICE Radioactive Material, Excepted Packages RRE Dangerous Goods In Excepted Quantities REQ Biological Substances, Category B RDS Magnetic Material MAG Excepted Lithium Ion Batteries ELI Excepted Lithium Metal Batteries ELM

8 2.4 Security Check Charge If a shipment contains substances listed in both sections 2.3 and the acceptance check charge is collected according to section 2.3. Security check charge for shipments originating from: A known customer of a regulated agent (SPX) 0,06 /kg Unknown senders 0,10 /kg Minimum charge 2,60 /air waybill Maximum charge 220,90 /air waybill Shipments originating from a regulated agent will be charged as unknown if the transportation chain does not fulfil the requirements set by the local authority and current aviation security regulations. Removal of undeclared dangerous goods: 50,50 /air waybill 2.5 Live Animals Export handling charge for live animals (AVI): 129,30 /air waybill Live Animals IATA Agents Acceptance check charge for live animals (AVI): 23,00 /air waybill 2.6 Charges for Other Special Services (+ VAT 24%) Accompanying of a shipper/consignee (as per separate agreement) to the Airport Restricted Zone (subject to prior approval from appropriate authorities, airport pass fee charged separately): 64,70 /each hour/person 2.7 Customs Control related MRN Charges MRN (Movement Reference Number) charge arising out of the Custom's ECS (Export Control System) processes: 20,00 /air waybill (MAWB/HAWB) 2.8 AWB Data Entry/Correction Charge Charges concerning house air waybills (HAWB) will be charged on the master air waybill (MAWB). If the MRN has been received by FWB/FHL messages or via e-booking or the self-service computer available at our terminal customer service, no charge will be collected. Charge for completing/correcting air waybill (AWB) details: 40,00 /air waybill (MAWB/HAWB) Charges concerning house air waybills (HAWB) will be charged on the master air waybill (MAWB).

9 2.9 Deviation Charges (+ VAT 24%) The charge is not collected if correct & complete AWB information has been received by FWB/FHL messages or via e-booking. Deviation charge for additional measures originating from customer's specific request (e.g. photographing, changes to the air waybill etc.): 62,80 /each hour 3.0 Printing/Copying/Scanning Charge (+ VAT 24%) The charge for printing, copying or scanning a document on customer s request: 1 /copy, minimum 5 All charges are subject to changes and stipulations without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the Finnish version of terminal charges will be applied.
