1 ANU COLLEGE OF LAW MASTERS PROGRAM TIMETABLE This timetable is for the following programs: Graduate Certificate of Law Master of Laws (including, International, International Security, Law, Governance & Development,, Government & Regulation) Master of Legal Practice (Masters completion courses) (Electives) Last updated: 15 December 2014 PLEASE READ FIRST: Students in the Graduate Certificate of Law: must complete LAWS8586 Law & Legal Institutions before any other courses. Graduates of an Australian law degree (LLB or JD): you are not required to take the following fundamentals courses: Fundamentals of Law (FEL), Law & Legal Institutions (LLI), Legal Framework of Regulation (LFR), even if stated in prerequisites below. Students in the Master of Laws in International Law and the Master of International Law and the Master of Laws specialising in International Law: LAWS8182 Principles of International Law is a prerequisite for all courses unless exempted. Students in the JD: must have completed or be completing 5 x 6100 level courses prior to enrolling in Masters electives All students: please note that courses scheduled in late Autumn, late Winter and Spring sessions are not guaranteed to have results processed in time for the following graduation ceremony. All students: whilst every effort is undertaken to avoid changes, the University reserves the right to cancel courses or change course dates when necessary.
