4 Make early arrangements Bachelor of International Business and Diploma-to-Diploma transfer If you are considering enrolling into the Bachelor of International Business or enrolling from a current diploma course into a Monash diploma course commencing in October 2015, you will need to make note of the following. To ensure you don t miss your compulsory enrolment, you may need to consider making arrangements to arrive in Melbourne before the result release date: 1. Request a conditional electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ecoe) by ing mu.documents@monash.edu for Monash University or mc.documents@monash.edu for Monash College. You require a conditional ecoe to obtain a visa so you can arrive in Australia in time to attend your compulsory enrolment. Your request will be considered but approval is not guaranteed. Submit your request as soon as you receive your conditional offer for your course. Requests must be sent by Thursday 30 September, 2015, otherwise they may not be considered. 2. Once your request is approved, you will be invited to accept your conditional offer. If your request is not approved, you will need to wait for your full offer before accepting. You may need to consider deferring to a later intake if you cannot arrive in time for enrolment. Before you apply for a conditional ecoe, please note: n You will not be permitted to enrol in your course until you satisfy all the entry requirements of your conditional offer. If you do not meet the conditions as stated on the offer letter, the ecoe will be cancelled and the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) will be notified. n Any refund will be processed according to the refund policy as stipulated in your course conditional offer letter. Any expenses incurred by you, including travel expenses, are your responsibility regardless of the circumstances in which they arose and Monash University or Monash College will not be liable in any way for these expenses.
