7 Main objective To increase the quality in tourism We offer the most successful customer service training. We offer a range of seven courses ideal for staff at all levels. The training courses are frequently updated to reflect changing conditions and legislation. You can choose from a wide range of courses that can be customised to your own needs whichever is best for you! We also offer programmes where a member of your own staff is trained to become your own in-house trainer (TOT). There s now an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification for example the Administrator of Tourism Pensions Certificate
