11 Assured Stock Program B&W PGG s Assured Stock Program inventory management system is a proven strategy that enhances our customer s inventory management function. Pulverizer component rebuild programs B&W PGG offers comprehensive pulverizer wear tire and gear box rebuild programs to maintain high availability and maximum service life from your B&W Roll Wheel pulverizer wheel and gear box assemblies. The rebuild process includes complete disassembly, inspection, cleaning, reconditioning, reassembly and testing. The rebuilt component is then warranted to B&W PGG s exact original equipment standards. Recycling parts B&W PGG provides a resource recovery program as an alternative to scrapping used pulverizer wear parts. Our foundry operation allows us the diversity and capacity to reuse a variety of acceptable materials while supplying high quality cast products.
