1 2015/2016 Partner Marketing Opportunities & Services There are a variety of ways to partner with Tourism Brantford including: Participation in contests and prize incentives Direct sales (publications and co-op advertising) Partnership opportunities at trade shows, site visits, sales missions, and familiarization tours Educational workshops, webinars and networking opportunities Media alerts, events and tours Participate in corporate market program and networking, promotion and lead generation Learn about social media efforts, and e-marketing initiatives Get qualified leads and assistance in increasing motor coach business Benefits include the following FREE opportunities with Tourism Brantford: Brochure distribution at Brantford Visitor & Tourism Centre Consultations with any of the Division s knowledgeable staff regarding programs, media relations, travel trade, marketing, partnerships, sales and more Access to research, tourism statistics and analysis Opportunities to submit editorial, events and images for consideration into Tourism Brantford programs (web content, social media, e-newsletters, publications)
2 Co-operative Marketing Opportunities & Market-Specific Programs The following co-operative marketing opportunities and market specific programs are available for 2015/16. Please contact Tourism Brantford for individual program costs and details. Travel Trade/Group Regional Group Itinerary Catalogue (2016) Full-colour lure markets your business/organization to tour operators, individual travelers, travel agents, group leaders and media representatives. Participating partners get a listing with a photo; a presence in targeted quarterly e-blasts; leads; and inclusion in familiarization tours. Sales Missions Tourism Brantford will be participating in two sales missions annually to Ontario tour operators. There will also be opportunities to join with the Hamilton Halton Brant Regional Tourism Association to target primary market tour operators on sales missions. Share in the cost of each sales mission and have your specific literature distributed to each operator. Meetings and Conventions Tête-à-Tête Convention and Tradeshow, Ottawa, Ontario Annual participation for 2016 and 2017 Showcase your business to the 300 delegates who attend this annual meeting and convention trade show. Reap the benefits of solid lead generation. MPI and CSAE Networking As an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) - Toronto Chapter and the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE)), Tourism Brantford is slated to attend six to eight networking sessions every year. Cost: varies per event $50 - $90 per person New Corporate Planner (2015) A total of 1,000 new corporate booklets will be distributed to meeting planners, executive assistants, sports association planners and companies. Bid Solicitation Tourism Brantford is actively looking at bid opportunities for meetings and convention business in Brantford. 2

Community businesses, organizations and groups are encouraged to submit news and information for consideration. It is free to submit information.
