Engage with your teams, vendors and suppliers efficiently at a time suitable to all and make the most of your meetings with Ooredoo s Business Conferencing services. 1

Create Conference Create a conference and invite guests. D. Conference Template Select this to view the existing templates you have created in previous conferences to avoid entering the same guests for a new conference. E. Contacts Click here to view your contact list. F. Search Look for past conferences using the subject name to find conference details. G. Settings Click here to view and edit your profile settings and change your password. H. Log out Log out once you have completed your conference call. 3

7 Moderator s User Guide 4. Creating a Conference Call A B C D E F G H 4.1 Creating conference call options A. Select Create Conference in the home page B. Subject Input a conference subject. C. Type Select the type of call: Voice. D. Time Choose between 3 types of calls: i. Instant Conference Begin an instant conference and select a time duration. ii. Scheduled Conference Schedule a conference with a specified date and time. iii. Recurring Conference For recurring conferences indicate whether it is on a daily or weekly basis, the amount of times per day/week and the date, time and duration. E. Participants Invite your participants from either the contact list found on the right side of the page or add external participants by inputting their name, number and . F. Number of Participants Add the number of invited participants. G. Advanced Settings To further customise the conference call select this option to make changes on the time zone, notification alerts and automatic options. H. Click OK to proceed with booking the conference call and your participants will get the conference notification via and SMS as per your alert settings with the below image. 5

Mute All Mute all the users. D. Create Sub-conference Create a sub conference with selected users to have a private conversation. E. Extend Conference Extend the conference call. F. Lock Conference Lock the conference so participants that have not joined yet can no longer join. G. End Conference End the conference call. 7

How to join an Audio Conference call 6.1 When the moderator creates the conference call, the guests will automatically receive an and SMS with the access number to call with the time, date and password to join. 6.2 Call the number given in the SMS or . Input the passcode given (in numerals) and you will be directed to the conference call. 8
