The modules include Employee Profile Management, Employee Dynamics, Recruitment, Organization Planning and Development, Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, Multi channel Employee Self Service and HCM Business Intelligence, to name a few. With the increasing demand on data sensitivity, protection and accuracy, payroll services are mostly being outsourced. 4 PAYROLL TEAM Bora Meng Senior Accounting Manager Jean Loi Managing Partner Jean, the Managing Partner of VDB Loi, is one of the region s most experienced tax specialists with more than 12 years of experience in Indochina, Myanmar and Singapore. She has advised on a large number of project transactions and tax disputes in the specialties of structuring, power plant projects and oil & gas. She has particular expertise in projects related to the market entries of companies in the infrastructure, telecommunications and financial services industries in the region, as well as having extensive experience with supply chains. Jean is accredited for Income Tax and GST Advisory by the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). Jean is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. She graduated with a Bachelor s of Commerce and has obtained a Master s of Taxation from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Thida Cho Win Managing Director Bora is an accounting professional with over 10 years of experience. He has a solid understanding of the regulations and practices in the region as well as of international standards. Bora specializes in providing accounting and compliance advice to local and international clients from a large range of industry sectors, including banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, food & beverage and hospitality. Ngwe Lin Myat Chit Lin is a seasoned consultant with experience working overseas at global professional service firms. She holds Master degree in Finance from Umea University in Sweden and Bachelor s in Commerce from the University of Newcastle. Lin advises clients on market entry and licensing. She has advised multinationals. Ei Mon Khaing Ei Mon holds a Bachelor s in Physics from Dagon University as well as accounting certificates from the London Chamber of Commerce. She is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification and assists our international clients for tax compliance. Prior to joining VDB Loi, Ei Mon worked in the accounting and payroll department for Luther Corporate Services Limited, and before that she was an accountant officer for Thai Airways. Thida is a qualified CPA with more than 15 years with a specialized audit and tax firm in Myanmar. She draws on her vast experience as an auditor and tax advisor serving Myanmar and international enterprises. She advises clients on corporate taxation, controversy, withholding taxes, commercial tax, compliance and investment issues. Her experience with international standard assurance makes her well-placed to advise clients in a wide range of business sectors on taxation, market entry, corporate establishment and investment licensing. Evelyn Myint Myin Oo Myint Myint Oo assists our international clients for tax compliance. She holds a Diploma of Commerce from the Curtin University of Technology in Singapore. She speaks Burmese, Chinese and English.
