The company owns 100% of bet-at-home.com Entertainment GmbH. bet-at-home.com operates via Germany, Austria, Malta, and Gibraltar. The office in Linz is mainly responsible for the transfer of technology within the whole company as well as for the further development of inhouse software. All activities on Malta are carried out by bet-at-home.com Holding Ltd. Its wholly owned subsidiaries hold the Maltese licences for casino, poker, and sports betting, which were issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Further licences were issued by the Upper Austrian government for sports betting, as well as by the Italian and British Gambling Commission for online sports betting and online casino games. Since 2009 bet-at-home.com has been a member of the Betclic Everest Group SAS, a leading French group in the area of online gaming and sports betting. Currently about 270 employees contribute to the successful development of the company.
