Implemented various training courses for real estate agents and appraisers increasing efficiency. Coordinated and improved working relationship and communication between City of Houston Real Estate Department and Property Division of the City of Houston Legal Department thereby increasing efficiency on legally complicated real estate transactions. Motivated Land Acquisition employees to take college courses on their own to improve efficiency City of Houston Houston, Texas Supervisor of Land Acquisition Trained Land Acquisition Agents. Implemented fill in the blank forms in order to standardize land acquisition process, simplify, and coordinate document production, which was done on electric typewriters.
