CONFERENCE LANGUAGE The conference language will be Russian and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided. VISAS Delegates requiring visas should apply for a TOURIST VISA only. Visa support letters can be obtained from your hotel. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME. CONFERENCE DOCUMENTATION If you are unable to attend the conference in person, you can purchase the Conference Documentation pack. This includes an event guide, along with a personal access code to all papers presented. The Conference Documentation pack is available at a cost of GBP 400. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made before 20 March 2015 will be refunded in full, minus an administration charge of GBP 200. We regret cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded or credited.
