4 CIVIL WORK (A) 1 Providing and fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 20 B.W.G. for roofing with wind ties including fastening with galvanised iron screw and bolts and lead and bitumen washers as per drawing complete. (TATA CG I) 2 Providing, fabricating and erecting at site of work the tubular steel structure (shed) of standard size as per standard design and specifications having various spans ranging from 6 mt. to 18 mt. Length in between trusses and in multiples of standard length of bays as specified as per standard specifications inclusive of cost of steel tubular trusses, tubular columns, purlins, tie runners, foundation bolts, base plates, nuts and bolts, welding wherever required etc. as per detailed drawing inclusive of one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade complete Spec. 5 5 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding. 6 Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators side /top /centre hung with beading and all members such as K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long, embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, float glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make and a priming coat of approved steel primer excluding the cost of metal beading and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots complete as per approved design. 6 7 Providing and fixing suspended white/colour decorative ceiling of gypsum board which includes G.I. Perimeter channel ( MF6) of size 0.40 mm thick ( having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and web of 27 mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610 mm centers. Thereafter suspending G.I. intermediate channel ( MF 7) 600 mm. C/C of size 45mm (0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each) from the soffit at 450 mm centre with connecting angle (ie ceiling angle) of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.40mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and teel expansion fasteners. sqm Celling sections ( MF 5 ) of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450 mm centers mm tapered edge Gyp board (conforming to IS ) is then screw fixed to celling section with dry wall screws at 230 mm centers. Screw fixing is to be done mechanically with suitable attachment. The boards are to be joined and finished so as to have flush look which includes filling and finishing the tappered & square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and appropriate suitable primer and three coats of plastic acrylic paint. The item includes for light fitting, grill diffuseres and cut out etc. have to be made with frame of perimeter channels of size 20mm x 30mm x0.55mm.thick supported suitable and angle bead is to be used at steps to get straight line finish etc. complete Spec.No. : As directed by Engineer- in-charge

7 8 Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 40 mm thick with 1:2:4 cement concrete laid to proper level and slope in alternate bays, including compacting, PVC/ Glass/Aluminum strips at joints, marking lines to give appearance of tiles of 30 cm x 30 cm or other size laid diagonally/square etc. finishing smooth(with extra cement) in any colour as directed and curing complete. sqm EXTERIOR FINISHING Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats 3.84 kg/10 sqm). sqm INTERIOR FINISHING Application of J K White cement based J K Wall putty in 2 coats on old/new surface including removing of existing painted surface, cleaning of all loose particlea on the surface, washing of wall, prepare the surface for wall putty including one coat of primer. (including all labour charges) complet 11 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm.
