REFERENCE DRAWING AND INSTALLATION OF No. 1 GENERAL PURPOSE FUMEHOOD REFERENCE DRAWING 12 Providing and Placing of 1500mm Auto bypass Bench top Fume Hoods with overall size of 1500 x 900 x 2200 mm. The working Volume shall be 1300x625x1200 mm with the bed size 1300x625 mm. The worktop height shall be 900 mm. Fume hoods shall be of complete KD (Knock down) construction with airfoil design to insure maximum operating efficiency. Foil sections at the front facials of the hood shall minimize eddying of air currents at the hood face and the rear baffle system shall minimize turbulence in the upper portion of the hood interior. It shall comprise of the following: Superstructure: i) Outer Casing: GI sheet with Epoxy Powder coating. ii) Liner: SS304. iii)vertical Type Sash with toughened glass iv)ss304 worktop. v) A soft touch button panel with main switch, switch for blower tube light & socket. vi) Electrical sockets & switches (230V, 6/16A, 50Hz) Nos. 04. vii) Remotely operated color coded three services (CA, Water, Nitrogen) with SS breaded flexible hose & brass fittings. a. Apparatus base storage cabinet for benchtop Knock Down Fume Hood MS powder coated with shelf and double skinned door with overall Size: 750W x 550D x 824H b.
