Emergency Program Manager Lutheran World Relief Baltimore, Maryland, USA This position will support program development and implementation in emergency situations in Latin America. A master s degree in humanitarian action, disaster response, or related field and at least five years experience are required. Climate Resiliency Specialist, California, USA The Climate Resiliency Specialist (CRS) is the lead staff person responsible for the coordination and implementation of the county s resilience strategy, with a focus on sea level rise vulnerability and adaptation. The CRS will convene a multi-departmental and multi-city leadership team and serve as the primary point of contact for the county-wide resiliency efforts, including the development of a sea level rise vulnerability assessment and adaptation framework.
