A master s degree in humanitarian action, disaster response, or related field and at least five years experience are required. Climate Resiliency Specialist, California, USA The Climate Resiliency Specialist (CRS) is the lead staff person responsible for the coordination and implementation of the county s resilience strategy, with a focus on sea level rise vulnerability and adaptation. The CRS will convene a multi-departmental and multi-city leadership team and serve as the primary point of contact for the county-wide resiliency efforts, including the development of a sea level rise vulnerability assessment and adaptation framework. Senior Emergency Planner: FEMA, USA IEM has an exciting 12 month opportunity for a Senior Planner to work in FEMA Region III Philadelphia Area. The Senior Planner shall have expert knowledge in the field of emergency management with particular expertise in deliberate disaster planning.
