Packages Standard packages: Standard package 50cm 50cm L+W+H 220cm 120cm Delivery: Packages weighing less than 30kg will be delivered door-to-door. Packages weighing more than 30kg will be delivered board-to-board. The courier is obliged to unload packages from the truck and place them on the ground or in another vehicle. Packages should be described in the waybill in the appropriate weight section. If this is not the case, their average weights will be taken into account. Standard packages should: Not contain any components which may spill, break, overflow, etc. Not contain chemicals such as paint, lacquer, thinner etc. Not be in a cylinder, spherical or an uneven shape Not have protruding elements Not be labeled This way up or Fragile. Non-standard packages: Non-standard packages are packages that, due to their size or properties, do not fit the above criteria. Non-standard packages should be included in a separate waybill from standard packages. Otherwise, all packages will be charged as non-standard. Pallets Standard pallets: Euro-type pallet Delivery: Standard pallets are delivered ramp-to-ramp. The sender undertakes to load pallets into the courier s vehicle, and the addressee undertakes to unload them from the vehicle. Pallets should be described in the waybill in the appropriate weight section. If this is not the case, their average weights will be taken into account. Non-standard pallets: Non-standard pallets are pallets that do not fit the above criteria. If an element takes more space than two Euro-pallets, the rate will be calculated for the equivalent number of pallets. 80cm 120cm Standard pallets should: not have wheels items placed on it not have items containing liquid (barrels, canisters etc.) placed on it.

3 Long packages: This refers to a single element of length between 200 cm and 300 cm, where the remaining two measurements combined do not exceed 80 cm, and where actual weight is less than 30 kg rate is calculated for weight of 300 kg. Long packages weighing more than 30 kg, or of length greater than 300 cm will not be accepted for delivery. Bulky packages (dimensional weight): Packages of low weight and large volume are considered bulky packages. Their weight is calculated according to the formula: width x length x height (cm) 6000 This form of calculation is used when the dimensional weight calculated according to the above formula is greater than the actual weight. Packaging Packages must be appropriately packed by the sender so as to prevent damage during transport and allow proper carriage. It is recommended to pack the goods in a cardboard box. Insurance costs Each package should be insured by entering the actual value of the item in the box insurance value on the waybill. Cost of insurance is 0.4% of the declared value. Maximum amount of insurance is PLN. Return of undelivered packages The rate includes up to two notices of delivery. Return of packages not collected by addressee within four working days of the first delivery attempt shall be charged at twice the basic rate. Payment terms If neither the shipper nor the recipient has signed an agreement with a local representative, payment is in cash. In case an agreement has been signed, payment can also be via bank transfer. Scheduling a pickup You can quickly and easily schedule a pickup of your shipments. Your shipment will then be collected as part of the regular pickup round or following a request. Call Customer Service on to schedule a pickup. You can also drop off your package at one of our locations.

5 Local Service Rates City service Cities: The City service is available for cities in Zone 1. Transit times: The expected transit time is within 2 hours of collection of package. Suburban service Cities: The Suburban service is a dedicated courier service for addresses outside the limits of cities in zone 1. Routes between two different suburbs of Warsaw represented by the Warsaw branch are considered as suburban. Transit times: Transit times depend on the distance between the collection and delivery addresses. Packages and pallets rates: Rates are related to the distance from the branch office. (4) Pallets weighing greater than 1000 kg will not be accepted for transport (provision of service according to these conditions is exclusive to customers who have signed an agreement with a local representative of FedEx Express Polska Sp. z o.o.

The fuel surcharge will be calculated from the net value of services delivered and noted on the service invoice for a given period in a position: fuel and road surcharges (2). Road surcharge A road surcharge in the amount of 3.5% of the net value of services will be included on the invoice for a given period and shown as fuel and road surcharges (2).
