Rates for lo-lo reloading Loading or unloading means moving the cargo from board of the ship to the ship s hold or vice versa. reloading means moving cargo from land or river means of transport to board of a ship or vice versa. 12 1.15 Mooring charges Rates for mooring or unmooring of vessels. Length LOA [m] 0 49, , , , , , , , , , , ,99 Over 210 Rate The mooring service is charged according to length of the vessel. To calculate the fee, the total length of a vessel (loa length overall) rounded up to 1 cm (if necessary) is taken. In case of disputes, data of Lloyd s Shipping Register are decisive In the case when a mooring worker needs to wait more than one hour because of the ship, an additional charge of 25% of the rate will be charged for each commenced hour For cancellation of an ordered mooring service the same rate applies as in

13 1.16 Attendance and Berthage charges For attending to a vessel berthing at a reloading quay after loading/discharging is completed, and upon the lapse of free-of-charge period, DB Port Szczecin charges PLN 0,03 for each commenced 10m 3 of capacity (V) and each commenced hour of attendance Berthage charges are calculated and levied by the Szczecin & Świnoujście Seaports Authority, based on a valid Port Tariff of the Szczecin & Świnoujście Seaports Authority In the case of towing a vessel to a different berthing place, the vessel bears the additional costs of towage, pilotage and mooring. Towing of a vessel is performed based on the decision of the DB Port Szczecin Dispatcher in the situation when there is a need to provide space at a quay for another vessel Other rates and service conditions For technically accepted and forwarded wagon from/to rail operator a fare of PLN/wagon is charged. The fare includes activities of providing wagons from delivery/receipt points to loading point and the other way round, done with engine of DB Port Szczecin Fare for man-hour work of a stevedore for ordered activities amounts to 91,52 PLN Hourly fare has its use: - in case of performing any ordered works, which are not included in rates, - in case of break in loading, unloading, reloading, handling activities For other cargos, relations and services not mentioned in this rate, service conditions will be established on a current basis. 13
