14 Microsoft Azure in Open Licensing Offer Page Visit this page after you have purchased Azure in Open from a distributor and obtained the 5x5 Online Service Activation (OSA) Key from the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). In this example we will choose a New subscription to set up a new account. This is also the selection if you are adding a new subscription to a current account. Choose Existing subscription to add credit to an existing subscription.
