3 Backup Existing ipclink Database Before reinstalling, you need to backup the existing ipclink database At Menu bar, go to User Admin >Database Admin 3

4 Backup Existing ipclink Database Under To perform, select <Backup of database> Click <Browse> to select the drive and folder to save the backup file Enter the backup filename Click <Proceed> 4

5 Backup Existing ipclink Database Backup file Filename.mdb is saved at the designated drive. Note: Backup file is password protected. Do not open the file. 5

7 Uninstall Existing ipclink Application Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features Select ipclink and click <Uninstall> 7

8 Uninstall existing ipclink Application Click <Yes> to remove ipclink application. 8

10 Download ipclink Application via mytax Portal Go to IRAS website < Select <My Organisation s/ Business Tax Matters> Click <SingPass> 10

11 Download ipclink Application via mytax Portal Enter SingPass ID and Password Click <Login> Note: From Jul 2015, SingPass has been enhanced with improved user interface, mobile-friendly features and stronger security capabilities. SingPass users will need to perform a one-time 11 account update.

12 Download ipclink Application via mytax Portal Perform one-time account update Update your SingPass account in 3 Steps: Enter your contact details Verify your contact details Set up your security questions Complete all details and click <Continue> for each step. Click <Submit> after you have completed step 3. Click <Ok> to redirect back to mytax Portal. Note: If you have not changed your password within the past 2 years, you will be asked to change your password upon login before performing the one-time account update. 12

16 Install ipclink Application via mytax Portal Select the appropriate installer Install ipclink to a designated PC Click <Download Standalone ipclink Application> Install ipclink to LAN network Click <Download LAN ipclink Application> 16

21 Launch Install ipclink for For Standalone PC PC Upon successful installation, an ipclink v3.2 shortcut will be created on the desktop. Alternatively, you may launch the ipclink v3.2 by clicking on Start > Programs > ipclink Application > ipclink v3.2 21

26 Restoration Install ipclink of the For backup Standalone database PC You do not need to perform this step if you wish to start the database afresh Enter the Login ID and click <OK> System prompts to enter new password. Click <OK> Enter <New Password> and <Verify Password>. Click <OK> *Password must be at least 8 alphanumeric characters 26
