A breakdown of the incidents is included in the attachments to this report. Incident data for public spaces has been included in this report. Data is collected from the Kiosk and security reports and reporting from Waterfront Auckland staff and contractors. The contractors are being encouraged to report incidents with a phone text protocol being used to report any serious or potentially serious incidents. Construction Projects Queens Wharf Shed 10 - The replacement contractor (Macrennie) has been inducted and their safety plan reviewed. Site visits have recommenced and a safety audit was completed at the end of March. The audit included an inspection of site activity and documentation. An audit closeout will be completed in the next week. Daldy and Halsey Street Works - Two audits have been completed and regular unprogrammed safety inspections are being completed on a weekly basis. Hawkins is maintaining a good level of documentation and the standard of safety on site has been acceptable. There have been some issues around the site tidiness on Halsey Street, which have now been addressed by the contractor. There has also been a focus on the public interface on the Halsey Street works and on the high risk deep excavation works in Daldy Street.
