This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include but are not limited to: strategic, business and action planning high performance work process and productivity improvement systems alignment leadership systems organizational assessments cycle time performance measures and indicators program audits, and evaluations SIN 874-2: FACILITATION SERVICES Contractors shall provide facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups, or integrated product, process, or selfdirected teams. Agencies bringing together diverse teams and/or groups with common and divergent interests may require a neutral party to assist them in: the use of problem solving techniques resolving disputes, disagreements, and divergent views providing a draft for the permanent record defining and refining the agenda logistical meeting/conference support when performing technical facilitation recording discussion content and focusing decision-making debriefing and overall meeting planning convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions preparing draft and final reports for dissemination SIN 874-7: PROGRAM INTEGRATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES Contractors shall provide services in the management, integration, and programs and projects. These services may include, but are not limited to: program management program oversight project management program integration (team leader) 1b. Identification of the lowest priced model number and lowest unit price for that model for each special item number awarded in the contract. This price is the Government price based on a unit of one, exclusive of any quantity/dollar volume, prompt payment, or any other concession affecting price. Those contracts that have unit prices based on the geographic location of the customer, should show the range of the lowest price, and cite the areas to which the prices apply.

3 1c. Hourly Rates and Labor Categories. Consultant: Provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies management, organizational and business improvements efforts. The consultant brings vast business and government experience to assist the customer in the areas of strategic planning, communications, organizational processes, managing complex organizations, business process re-engineering and manpower management. Facilitator: Provides facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups, or integrated product, process, or selfdirected teams. A Facilitator may act as a neutral party in bringing together diverse teams or groups with common and divergent interests. Program Manager/Integrator: Provides services in the management and integration of programs and projects. The Program Manager has full authority and responsibility for the execution of task orders, including staffing the program/project office and management of office operating budget. The manager is responsible to the customer for oversight of program cost, schedule, and performance and must assure that the delivery item meets customer requirements. As integrator, the Program Manager may be responsible for assuring that various separate components of the program are managed such that they are compatible with each other and contribute to the end delivery item. The Program Manager may be the primary point of contact to the customer. Admin/Graphics: Provides administrative support required to tasks being performed under specific task orders. Editing and illustrating reports may also be required in the performance of task orders. This person may also perform administrative and graphicsrelated program management tasks in support of the Program Manager/Integrator.
