These lines are developed from our process knowledge and field experience. The Aristo U8 2 control pendant has an extensive synergic database. This means that you will have all alternatives without compromising quality. Aristo U8 2 control pendant has more than 200 synergic lines for short/spray arc and pulsed arc. In addition the Aristo U8 2 can also handle customer specific synergic lines if required. The synergic lines can be up- and downloaded using a PC. Suitable for all materials Suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, Ni based, aluminium and copper. Easy to install The Aristo Mig power sources are connected to the enclosed feeder Aristo RoboFeed 3004w ELP 12p or Robofeed 3004HW by quick connectors. Connection to the robot controller is from the Aristo W8 2 Fieldbus communication unit by a Fieldbus cable which has to be defined according to suit the specific bus. Wire conduit in different lengths is available for efficient transport of the wire from the Marathon Pac drum to the feeder. All these efforts to minimise set up time enabling production to commence in the shortest possible time. Full range of equipment The precision Aristo Mig power sources can weld MIG/MAG solid wire and cored wires using constant current, pulsing or super pulsing as well as MIG/MAG brazing. The Aristo Mig power source supplies accurate and repeatable power to drive, control and monitor the welding process. ESAB s 100 years of welding process knowledge has been captured and stored in the many pre-programmed Synergic lines enabling you to achieve the optimum performance for every material, process and gas combination in your mechanised application. XA The Wire feeders Aristo RoboFeed 3004w ELP 12p with 30 mm feed rolls for non hollow wrist robots and the new Robofeed 3004HW for hollow wrist robots. Both have the same high end functionality. Hose package for connecting the power source to the feeder This package contains all the cables and hoses required and all are equipped with quick connectors. The water connectors lock the water in the hose, when not connected. A protective cover gathers the hoses together and protects them from wear and tear. Torches ESAB offers a complete range of robot torches, both for standard and hollow wrist robots. All needed addons (like anti collision, cleaning devices etc are also available. Full range of consumables ESAB has wire packages for very high productivity, easy handling and high quality assurance. Marathon Pac The Marathon Pac is available in the following sizes: Mini Marathon Pac, 100 kg, Standard Marathon Pac, 250 kg, and Jumbo Marathon Pac, 475 kg.
