6 About HSCS cable project Hokkaido-Sakhalin Cable System(HSCS) is in Operation (June 2008) This Project is collaboration with a leading Russian carrier TranceTelecom(TTC). Com s domestinc fiber network is connected with TTC s Russian domestic via HSCS submarine network.
