9 3.3 Entry Fees Entry fee with organisers advertising: 625, (Teams riding M85/E85: 525, ) Entry fee without organisers advertising: 1100, (Teams riding M85/E85: 1000, ) The entry fee included a snack and drink for driver and co driver during the regroup on Friday. That upon presentation of a voucher that you receive at the time controle Regroup IN. Registration is accepted only if both registration form and fee is received in time. 3.5 Refunding. A part of entry fee will be refunded: 100% to entrants not accepted. 80% in case of cancellation of the rally. On other situations assessed by the organizing committee. 10 3.6 Super Rally System If a competing car does not reach the finish of a leg, the car can be admitted to the start of the next leg, as described in the SRR art The entrant should inform the course secretariat of this intention to restart for the next leg within 30 minutes after the finish of the current leg. Before the restart the car should be scrutinised again. This will take place 1 hour before the restart of the event in a special area in the Parc Ferme. 4 INSURANCE 4.1 Entrants and/or drivers must have valid insurance covering them against liability for both personal injury to, ad damage to property of third parties on public roads of the rally. It is entrants and/or drivers responsibility to arrange such insurance and/or extend to existing insurance as necessary. Entrants and/or drivers will be required to sign and declare that they are covered by such insurance (see article 4.3). Any failure to sign a declaration shall mean that the car in question shall not be permitted to start. 4.2 In the individual entry fee the premium for the insurance of liability of competitors and drivers is included. Summary: The organiser has made arrangements to insure entrants and drivers against third party risks while taking part in such parts of the rally as are held on private lands or on roads specifically closed for the purpose The indemnity provided under this special insurance is maximum , covering any incident or occurrence. The own risk for the competitor is 1000, per incident or occurrence. This cover will come into effect at the start of the rally and it will cease at the finish of the rally or at the moment of retirement, exclusion or disqualification. 4.3 Indemnity clause. Entrants and drivers will be required to sign the following declaration: I have read the General Prescriptions of the FIA, the FIA European Rally Cups Regulations, the SRR of the KNAF and the Supplementary Regulations for this event and agree to bound by them. I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the rally and I am competent to do so. I acknowledge that I understand the nature and type of the competition and the potential risk inherent with motor sport and agree to accept that risk. The organiser, sponsors, officials and marshals of the event, and also the KNAF on one side are not liable against competitor (entrant and drivers) for any damage at all with respect to participation in this event, while at the other side competitor will hold harmless the organiser, sponsors, officials and marshals of the event, and also the KNAF against all damages and liabilities to third parties. I declare that the use of the vehicle hereby entered will be covered by insurance as required by the law which is valid for such part of this rally as shall take place on roads not belonging to a special stage I declare that I hold a full valid driving licence. In case the 2 nd driver can not produce a full valid driving licence and a valid 1 st drivers competition licence the 1 st and 2 nd driver declare not to change function. In case one of the team members has not reached the age of 18, one of the parents (or a authorized person, under production of this authorization) has to co sign the indemnity clause. 11 5 ADVERTISING 5.1 Compulsory Advertising. The advertising space next to the competition numbers and the rally plates is reserved for the organisers advertising. The competition numbers must be affixed in place in their whole without any change. 5.2 Optional Advertising. The optional advertising below the competition number cannot be refused by competitors who have entered with the organisers advertising. The optional advertising will be published in an official bulletin. 5.3 Rally plates. The organiser will provide each crew with 2 rally plates. 5.4 Competition Numbers. The organiser will provide each crew with 2 front door panels, 2 sets of division marking, 2 sets of competition numbers for the rear side windows and 1 competition number for the rear window. 6 TYRES See attachment IV of the SRR. 7 FUEL / SERVICE AREA 7.1 Specifications. The fuel must follow the FIA specifications as described in Appendix J of the International Sporting Code with the exception that for leaded gasoline the maximum lead content in the Netherlands is 0,005 g/ltr. 7.2 Refueling of the car. Refueling of fuel is only allowed during the regular services on the service area. In addition, on Friday a refueling area / tankstop may be included in the driving route. This tank area is located at: Supertank Zeewolde, Landbouwweg 18, Zeewolde 7.3 Location service area. The service area is located near the Markthal on the in Barneved. 12 8 RECONNAISSANCE 8.1 Issuing Road book Issuing the road book will be held on Friday October 7 th 2011 between 8.00 and 9.00 hours, while the document control. With the issuing of the road book, the registration of the vehicle used for reconnaissance of the stages recorded (on presentation of the registration certificate) The organizer will issue each crew with one (1) competition number. These number must be fixed on the car, as follow: one on the outside of the front windscreen (in the top right corner) When the art described sticker is not properly installed, the following penalties: 1st offense: A fine of nd offense: A time penalty of 1 minute 8.2 Time schedule. The organiser offers the competitors the possibility to inspect the route of the special stages on Friday October 7 th 2011 in accordance with the following time schedule: SS nr.: Time frame: uur uur uur uur uur uur 8.3 Specific and/or national restrictions Before Friday October 7 th 2011 it is strictly forbidden to drive on roads which will be used as special stage. The organizer shall carefully control the special stages Any offence against the above mentioned rules (art and ) will be considered as an offence against reconnaissance rules and will be penalised as follows: 1st offence: a 2 minute time penalty. 2nd offence: non admission to the start of the rally. The decision of the organizing committee or Clerk of the Course will be final. Such decision can be made irrespective whether or not Police and/or officials have taken any sanction and irrespective of the outcome of such action. There is no right of protest or appeal and the entry fees will not be refunded 8.4 Speed and speed checks. During reconnaissance of the stages is not allowed to use a higher speed on the roads of the stages to drive than legally allowed. Police, marshals and officials will monitor the behavior of teams during the reconnaissance visual and / or using electronic and / or photographic and / or video equipment. 14 11 RUNNING OF THE RALLY 11.1 (Ceremonial) Start The official start of the rally will take place on Friday October 7 th 2011 from hours (1st participant) at the time control Service OUT at the exit off of the service area to in The ceremonial start of the rally will take place on Friday October 7 th 2011 from hours (1st participant), on the startingramp at the Kerkstraat in Voorthuizen Before the start the organisor will collect all cars allowed to start in a waiting parc according the following conditions: Not applicable 11.2 Time card change during the rally. Each competitor will receive the time cards for a leg at the start of that leg Starting method of special stages. According to article 19.5 of the SRR will start method used below: Electronic Countdown, which is clearly visible to the crew on the starting line, the seconds counting down. This electronic system can be linked to a launch detection system, which is 50 cm from the starting line too early and placed starting a participant registers. 15 11.6 Deviant prescriptions Service area: The total service area may only be ridden at walking pace, ie there is a maximum speed of 10 km / hour.
