5 Program Introduction Global MBA \ Full-time Executive MBA \ Evening Global Entrepreneurship MBA \ Full-time \ Evening The DBS Global MBA is a full-time MBA program combining the latest business theories and practical knowledge. The program aims to develop professional managers capable of seeking new business opportunities and who have the character to cultivate strategic thinking in fast-changing environments. In other words, the Global MBA fosters the kind of diverse and outward-looking professionalism demanded in the 21st century. We invite talented individuals from countries all around the world as well as offer our students varied opportunities to pursue management study abroad, for example in dual-degree study in the USA or in graduate exchange programs at prestigious universities in China, the USA, and Europe. Students can also further their creative leadership skills through global internships and case study contests supported or administered by DBS. The Executive MBA is an evening/weekend (Saturday) MBA program targeted at middle managers and executives who are seeking to further their opportunities and practical knowledge. Using individual and group case study analysis, students explore current challenges in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, and MIS. Students develop integrated thinking skills that will enable them to incorporate the latest management theories and research-proven practice in their work. In addition, Executive MBA students can expect to formulate lifelong friendships through the program, supported by our active alumni network of over 5,000 graduates and 50 years of history. While the Executive MBA courses are held in the evening, the contents and its intensity are commensurate with the full-time MBA program, and require a minimum of 45 credits over 2 years to graduate. The DBS Executive MBA offers an ACCELERATED LEARNING PATH, which allows students to complete the full program in one and a half years using seasonal semesters.
