More than a third of our team are involved in voluntary fire brigades and rescue organisations and therefore have practical know-how, experiences and a comprehensive understanding. Due to the different focuses of the factories in Mitry-Mory, Roanne, Tourouvre, Charleville-Mézières and Wilnsdorf, we are able to economically produce vehicles, firefighting systems, equipment and devices with the highest quality. The robust and weight-saving module design made of aluminium profiles enables the ideal realisation of your requirements. Latest LED technology for equipment compartment and periphery lighting provides ideal light conditions even at night. The holistic connection of chassis, pump, One Seven system and other aggregates will be guaranteed by state of the art CAN-Bus integration. The control of the modules will be made via PLC. The control panel are optionally also available in an innovative touch screen design. 4 4 What is One Seven? One Seven is a highly efficient extinguishing system which can be used for the effective, safe and fast extinguishing of even problematic fires. Due to this efficiency, only a low quantity of extinguishing agent, which means water and foam concentrate, will be required. One Seven extensively fights the fire. Due to the high energy, the extinguishing agent can deeply penetrate into the fuel. The temperature will quickly and effectively be reduced due to the 7-fold enlarged surface area of the bubbles and the subsequent heat absorption ability. The good adhesive abilities additionally provide an extended heat transmission. The fuel will be effectively subdued by the One Seven compressed air foam and it will be separated from the oxygen. One Seven is the only extinguishing agent which effectively fights all of the fire factors simultaneously. 5 How is the One Seven system designed? One Seven is a combination of centrifugal pump, foam proportioner, compressor and patented compact foam generator with mixing chamber. An ideal extinguishing effect will be guaranteed by the harmonised components together with the highly efficient foam concentrate and the nozzles. Due to innovative measuring and regulation technology, manual adjustments by the operator are not necessary anymore. By a simple one-button operation it is possible to easily and safely operate the system even under pressure. The problem of the phase separation of compressed air and water / foam concentrate in the hose is a known phenomenon and can be avoided during the interior attack tactic known as Pulse Technique, with One Seven. You will always get a homogeneous and reproducible foam structure. 8 Built-in systems for firefighting vehicles Our One Seven built-in systems are a modular design, easy to mount, offer the highest reliability with low maintenance effort, together with all the advantages of the One Seven technology. An installation can be realised on any firefighting vehicle: standard firefighting vehicles, industrial firefighting vehicles, forest firefighting vehicles, air-crash tenders and other specialist firefighting vehicles. All system functions can be controlled via the control panel. This control panel can either be integrated into the pump control panel or it can be separately mounted. The built-in systems correspond to the highest quality requirements and will have full electronic control via a PLC and they are connected to chassis and pump via innovative CAN bus technology. Through this, a one-button operation had been achieved: providing easy handling and a prevention of operating errors. 9 Retrofit systems Our retrofit systems can be installed in any vehicle independent of the manufacturer. When installing the One Seven systems we are not dependent on the auxiliary drive. The installation will be individually realised according to your requirements. Due to the tense financial situation, many municipalities cannot purchase new firefighting vehicles at the moment. We developed these retrofit systems to enable the usage of One Seven but also for fire brigades that cannot purchase new firefighting vehicles currently. With a retrofit system you are able to increase the value of your existing firefighting vehicle without the purchase costs for a new vehicle. The retrofit system consists of a mounting frame containing a drive engine, our established C1 compressor package, a proportioner and the complete control and regulation technology incl. mixing line. This unit can be mounted in any accessible position on the vehicle. All we need is to make a connection to the centrifugal pump. Self-sustaining systems The mobile devices are self-sustaining One Seven systems for mobile operation outside of the firefighting vehicle. They can be stored and transported in any vehicle. It is suitable for installation in i. e. Rapid Intervention Trucks Technical Rescue Trucks Multipurpose Vehicles Portable Fire Engine Vehicles The OS C1-100 S is a mobile, self-sustaining fire suppression system with the dimensions and weights of a portable fire engine 8/8 according to German Standard. The Powerbox can continuously supply a One Seven 1.5 outlet with 1.4m³ of compressed air foam per minute. In addition it is possible to simultaneously discharge approximately 200 l of water per minute via a separate 1.5 outlet. With the new OS 840 FF for forest and wildland fires we developed a self-sustaining system. With two 1 outlets and up to 60 lpm per outlet it is the ideal addition to the range of products. 10 Effects of the One Seven foam concentrate The One Seven foam concentrate: sanitary harmless environmentally compatible biodegradable Due to the high kinetic energy, the One Seven extinguishing agent can directly reach the fuel, adhere to it and therefore extinguish the fire. An extended heat transfer from the fuel onto the extinguishing agent occurs. 10 The low surface tension and the high wetting ability at a low proportioning rate of the One Seven foam causes a fast and deep penetration into the fuel of the fire class A. Through this, the inside of the fuel will be cooled and a reignition will be avoided. Foam concentrate Draves-Test ASTM E 2281 The One Seven class A foam concentrate had been developed for having the best wetting ability available at a proportioning rate of only 0.3%. This is confirmed by the so-called Draves-Test: Under same test conditions and with the same test time conventional foam concentrates first start penetrating the fuel and the sinking started after approximately 128 seconds, One Seven achieved this in 28 seconds! One Seven class A foam concentrate - proportioning rate of only 0.3% - very high wetting ability One Seven class B-AFFF foam concentrate - proportioning rate of only 0,5 % - waterfilm-forming One Seven class B-AFFF-AR foam concentrate - proportioning rate of only 0,6 % - waterfilm-forming/containing alcohol - Free of polymers! One Seven foam concentrates have very low proportioning rates and are therefore extremely economical. They are available in 20l, 25l, 60l canisters or 200l barrels.

11 Nozzles and monitors The One Seven nozzles are aligned to the capacity of the One Seven systems and guarantee therefore ideal One Seven foam quality and easiest handling. Hoses and fast attack reels are also available. The joystick or radio remote control unit will be stored in the driver s cabin. It is possible to horizontally swivel the monitor for 360 and to vertically incline it for 115.
